My first time buying a vehicle, we were on a time crunch due to us expecting a baby soon. Bought a used Honda Odyssey from them and while Maritza was a kind saleswoman, we ran into several issues during our due to us expecting a baby soon. Bought a used Honda Odyssey from them and while Maritza was a kind saleswoman, we ran into several issues during our purchase. First, the advertised interest rate for this particular vehicle was 7.95%. It wasn’t until after spending two hours at the dealership with the finance lady and the very last paper was to be signed were we told our interest rate would be 12.6%. We went back the following Monday after financing elsewhere to finish the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. The finance lady was not very professional acting and seemed grumpy to see us again, told us to write the check for a lot less than it was supposed to be despite me questioning it, and then left. When I told Maritza of my concerns, I ended up being correct and she wouldn’t even come back out to correct her mistake. As far as the vehicle itself, the van wasn’t cleaned well (if at all), the left brake light was burnt out and 7 days later, the brakes have started squealing already. I wouldn’t buy another vehicle from them and wouldn’t have bought from them after the interest rate switch if I hadn’t had been in a time crunch to buy a bigger vehicle. More
