Not good, to bad I bought the extended warranty with them In July 2019 I bought a used 2017 Cadillac ATS Luxury Sedan from this dealer. Everything went pretty well on the deal, except for the following. I took a loan for the car with what I thought was through my credit union. It is through my credit union, but some kind of weird 2nd party loan and I was not informed about this. Honda dealer was eager to get the loan $$$$, beware! Next I was given two key FOB"s for the car. I drove home with the 1st FOB but when I tried the 2nd FOB It would not work. I tried reprogramming the 2nd FOB per the manual, but all that did was create an alarm condition for the car computer. This meant I had to do a number of steps before starting the car every time I wanted to drive it. I called Honda and talked to the salesman about the problem and was told to go to the Cadillac dealer with the problem. I made a appointment with Cadillac and brought the car in. What the Cadillac technician showed me, was that the FOB and door key was not for this car (why would it not work?). Lucky for me the Cadillac dealer did not charge me anything for the service, I was expecting a $200 charge. Next I called the Honda salesman and explained what happened, he had to go to someone higher on the food chain, and finally told me that they would send a key smith to my house to make a FOB and key. About a month later I finally got in contact with the key smith and a few days later he came and made a FOB and key, so I had a second one that worked. Next Honda offered a free oil and filter change with the purchase, so on 7/8/20 I brought the car in for a oil change. The oil change was done but here is the problem, I had read in the manual that GM requires Dexos Synthetic oil for the warranty. They had used some weird code on the paper work for the type of oil used (5W30 Semi Como) and I should have know that meant they did not use the correct oil for this car. I called them when I got home and the service person told me that the oil was conventional motor oil. After some research on the internet I found that it is a must to use the required oil by GM. I called them again and then they told me they had put semi synthetic oil in the car. End of story, except I had to go to NAPA and buy the correct Dexos gen 2 oil and filter and change the oil one day after Richfield Honda did it wrong. These guys are very nice and pleasant but dumb as rocks. I wasted almost half of a day getting my free oil change plus gas to drive and then I had to do my own oil change anyway, terrible service, stay away! (I do like the car) More
On June 9, 2020, I had the pleasure of working with Shawn Moorhead, Service Advisor at Richfield Bloomington Honda. I brought in our 2017 Honda CRV with an air conditioner problem in which it turned out we Moorhead, Service Advisor at Richfield Bloomington Honda. I brought in our 2017 Honda CRV with an air conditioner problem in which it turned out we were able to get it fixed under warranty due to Shawn's expertise and follow up which we were able to get it covered through our certified warrantee program. Shawn personally stayed on top of the issue at hand and he made sure that the turn around time to get the car fixed was minimal. Shawn's professionalism more than exceeded my expectations, and his follow up and communication was at the top. Shawn was personable, polite, and seemed like he generally cared about my issue. Thank you Richfield Bloomington Honda for having someone like Shawn represent your company. If there were a higher rating than a 5 Star, Shawn would definitely get on! More

customer servie I purchased a 2019 CRV in Sept of last year I stood in the showroom for 10 minutes before an employee asked if I needed help He had the receptionis I purchased a 2019 CRV in Sept of last year I stood in the showroom for 10 minutes before an employee asked if I needed help He had the receptionist ask several sales people who were too busy with other things before a new sales rep was assigned to assist me He was very new and was helping me to the best he could, after 10 minutes of questions and answer he left to get some information for me When he returned along came Ron Gholson whom I purchased a 2014 Accord years ago Ron told the new salesman he would be handling the possible sale and STOLE me from the salesman and i am sure he never shared any commission with him I purchased a new CRV which was a lemon and failed after 8 miles I drove back to the dealership and they said they reset the computer and I was on my way The CRV failed again at 48 miles and was told by Ron to call Honda Assistance instead of stepping forward with a better solution and involving himself and the dealership Ron's lack of communicate and followup with me and the dealership resulted into three days of delays The dealership said they would install a new wiring harness and did not response back to me for a day and then stated that was not the problem and it was probably something to with an assembly problem I requested an new CRV and Ron was not very helpful completing that transaction Also Ron was aware of my expectation of a remote start and upgraded me to the next option package Beware, I was in the service department and the car would not start at 75' away, there is no data on range of the factory remote start, however you can add on a better remote for an extra $598 YouTube input stated they were only good for 50' Ron has confirmed my long standing belief that you can't trust a car salesman This review was added after further problems: Tim Carter the General Manager told me last week he could not locate the post and did not know why there was not a response Since this original post, I have received more very very poor customer service Jason, the service manager confirmed the service I was to receive on for my first service appointment The service department was not relayed any of the proper information and the service call took an extra half hour and resulted into some unbelievable behavior by employees of Richfield Bloomington Honda When I ask Rick Vicars (service advisor) for a manager, he sent Nick Cruse (service consultant) After a resolution could not be resolved, Nick came to the service area again and quote " told me to never come back and said I was fired" After he walked off I ask Rick for Nick's card Before Rick left to retrieve my invoice he hide his business cards Jason Weverka (service manager) did not return my phone calls the next day, even though the operator stated he was working that day The only thing this dealership has going for it, is the Honda brand More
