Outstanding customer assistance When I went in, I was assisted with car sizes of the Honda. I knew I liked the flat floor in front seat, but didn’t know if I wanted navigation or not When I went in, I was assisted with car sizes of the Honda. I knew I liked the flat floor in front seat, but didn’t know if I wanted navigation or not. I was given hands on instructions how to set up navigation with my iPhone, setting up radio and air, as well as leaving lights on while car is on. Train wreck of a service depot. The customer relations side of this dealership are xxxx after you have purchased your vehicle. They need new service leadership and a new GM. Let me s The customer relations side of this dealership are xxxx after you have purchased your vehicle. They need new service leadership and a new GM. Let me share with you my experiences. 1-I have my first maintenance appt where they offer this very cool valet thing where they come get your car. They never showed up. If you offer something, you may want to ensure that it happens. The rescheduled appt goes normally. PS, After an hour and a half of waiting, I had to reschedule because after I called and asked when they were coming they said, “Oh. I guess we missed that. We can be there in an hour.” And I had things to do. 2-I try to call to talk to someone in service about something with my car. I call and I am transferred to service, nobody answers so I’m rerouted back to front desk. This happens FIVE times in a row (after about 5 minutes of this) they take a message and someone calls me an hour later. 3-I get my tire serviced. I drive off the lot and get on the highway and my tire light goes on. I turn around and go back to the dealership to get it checked. They didn’t reset the sensor on my car. WTH?!?!? When you moved my car and the light came on it didn’t strike you to reset this? Seems trivial, but still lacks customer service. The service guy was rather rude. Fun fact, while I’m standing there waiting to check-out, the phones are ringing and I notice a lot of people on their phones or clicking on the computer and not answering calls. PS, same problem is happening. Guess I get to go back-GOODIE! 4-I decide this is kind of horrible customer service. I get an email from RB Honda saying provide feedback, call us. I said, you know what, I will. I called not once. Not twice. But three times and the service manager NEVER returns my call. So I say screw it. I’m calling the GM. 5-I call the GM, not once, but twice, and he has yet to return my call. I see a pattern here so I finally say screw-it. I’d rather pay a little more for a car at a different dealership than buy here and deal with this crappy level of service. What was a small issue had become a, “I will not be returning to RB Honda ever.” And the people I was sending there......well, sorry Aaron. Your post-sale customer service is a xxxx show!!!!! More
Bad Customer Service Abdi is a very poor employee and very rude. He hangs up on all of my calls and never answers any questions you ask. Long wait for repair service I had an appt. to get my car serviced on a Sat. afternoon and when I arrived, I was told by a young man to stand beside my car. I stood there for 25 minutes while numerous staff members came and went, completely ignoring me - no one made eye contact or said a word to me. Another woman who had been standing around even longer than I had was also being totally ignored. She said it was her second time at this dealership and it was going to be her last. I complained to the young man about the lack of customer service. He didn't explain or apologize for the delay and seemed to have no authority to do anything but sit there. Finally a service rep., Randy, came over to take my repair order. He apologized for the wait and was friendly and very helpful. If it weren't for Randy's good customer service (and the free coffee in the waiting room), I'd think twice about bringing my Honda to this dealership in the future. More

Great, stress free experience purchasing a vehicle I recently purchased a new Honda Ridgeline from Richfield Bloomington Honda. While I don’t purchase many vehicles, this was a great experience. The sales rep, Bill Foye, made the experience stress free and actually enjoyable. He has a calming demeanor, diligent with details, and answered all the goofy questions I had. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Bill Foye specifically. More
