I curse the day I set my feet there to purchase a used car They only gave me one key (all the dealers I had previously gone to provided 2keys), the key even broke 2 weeks after purchase, it was already weak.. They only gave me one key (all the dealers I had previously gone to provided 2keys), the key even broke 2 weeks after purchase, it was already weak... The worst part of the buying experience, I can't register the car, they never gave me the title and according to their agent, they only started the process of getting the title(paying for some docs fee) only after close to 2 weeks... Remember dealers are good in asking for docs fees, most of dealers I dealt with processed thes docs the same day or within the following 48hrs. Close to 2 weeks that's when the agent claimed the title was not at the dealership and they had to pay to get it/ or get the docs transfer started??? Absurd... I still DON"T HAVE the Title, I can't register the car... 25 days today. In less than a week, I will spent a month (yes one month) without getting the title. They claimed they would mail the title to me the next day after the vehicle purchase. They never did, they still have not. I'm wondering if they're willing to do it, or whether the car really belonged to them. This is definitely the lousiest delearship I have ever dealt or heard about. Run away, before it's too late: if they can't give or show you the vehicle's title, and just be careful, don't trust their words. Don't take any promise from them. Just look at my experience. The worst of any purchase I could even imagine. The sales agent appeared to be a good person(he is the only reason I rate them 2/5) but nothing good came from the people above him (only condescending attitude, ...), as you can observe 25 days no documentations... Even the receipt I had to beg to get it. Not sure if this is how they treat everyone or this was just for me... ?? WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE In brief: 1) One half broken car-key, no spare-key given ( I will spend at least 200$ to get a key tomorrow) 2) Fake advertisement (Thank God I printed the page) that their radio was one of the features/sound systems blablabla... but it never worked and only noticed when I was 75 miles away from them 3) And no documents, 25 days after purchasing a vehicle. While on the test drive we decided we wanted the car. As soon as we returned to the dealership the sales rep said the car was just sold. This seems very unethical to sell a car that is out on a test drive. We have contacted other dealerships and they agree that it is wrong to sell a car while it is out on a test drive. We were very disappointed and the dealership did not appear to care. More

Not good, to bad I bought the extended warranty with them In July 2019 I bought a used 2017 Cadillac ATS Luxury Sedan from this dealer. Everything went pretty well on the deal, except for the following. I too In July 2019 I bought a used 2017 Cadillac ATS Luxury Sedan from this dealer. Everything went pretty well on the deal, except for the following. I took a loan for the car with what I thought was through my credit union. It is through my credit union, but some kind of weird 2nd party loan and I was not informed about this. Honda dealer was eager to get the loan $$$$, beware! Next I was given two key FOB"s for the car. I drove home with the 1st FOB but when I tried the 2nd FOB It would not work. I tried reprogramming the 2nd FOB per the manual, but all that did was create an alarm condition for the car computer. This meant I had to do a number of steps before starting the car every time I wanted to drive it. I called Honda and talked to the salesman about the problem and was told to go to the Cadillac dealer with the problem. I made a appointment with Cadillac and brought the car in. What the Cadillac technician showed me, was that the FOB and door key was not for this car (why would it not work?). Lucky for me the Cadillac dealer did not charge me anything for the service, I was expecting a $200 charge. Next I called the Honda salesman and explained what happened, he had to go to someone higher on the food chain, and finally told me that they would send a key smith to my house to make a FOB and key. About a month later I finally got in contact with the key smith and a few days later he came and made a FOB and key, so I had a second one that worked. Next Honda offered a free oil and filter change with the purchase, so on 7/8/20 I brought the car in for a oil change. The oil change was done but here is the problem, I had read in the manual that GM requires Dexos Synthetic oil for the warranty. They had used some weird code on the paper work for the type of oil used (5W30 Semi Como) and I should have know that meant they did not use the correct oil for this car. I called them when I got home and the service person told me that the oil was conventional motor oil. After some research on the internet I found that it is a must to use the required oil by GM. I called them again and then they told me they had put semi synthetic oil in the car. End of story, except I had to go to NAPA and buy the correct Dexos gen 2 oil and filter and change the oil one day after Richfield Honda did it wrong. These guys are very nice and pleasant but dumb as rocks. I wasted almost half of a day getting my free oil change plus gas to drive and then I had to do my own oil change anyway, terrible service, stay away! (I do like the car) More
On June 9, 2020, I had the pleasure of working with Shawn Moorhead, Service Advisor at Richfield Bloomington Honda. I brought in our 2017 Honda CRV with an air conditioner problem in which it turned out we Moorhead, Service Advisor at Richfield Bloomington Honda. I brought in our 2017 Honda CRV with an air conditioner problem in which it turned out we were able to get it fixed under warranty due to Shawn's expertise and follow up which we were able to get it covered through our certified warrantee program. Shawn personally stayed on top of the issue at hand and he made sure that the turn around time to get the car fixed was minimal. Shawn's professionalism more than exceeded my expectations, and his follow up and communication was at the top. Shawn was personable, polite, and seemed like he generally cared about my issue. Thank you Richfield Bloomington Honda for having someone like Shawn represent your company. If there were a higher rating than a 5 Star, Shawn would definitely get on! More
