I have had a tire blow out in Wisconsin, and had purchased my tires from the dealership. I am now living in Wisconsin, and have called the service department several times over the last 2 months to purchased my tires from the dealership. I am now living in Wisconsin, and have called the service department several times over the last 2 months to get the tire replaced ( since it is under warranty). I have been ignored, and no calls have been returned. I finally, last week, called and said I was going to write a bad review. I, then, got a call back that day, unfortunately while I was in a meeting and could not talk. I called back, and left a voice mail, and have, again, received no response! I am now, writing the bad review. I would not purchase tires, or any other service from this dealership if you are going to be unable to live within 10 miles or so from the dealership and getting service from them. Since they had their expansion to their service department, their " service" has gone DOWN THE TOILET! I am extremely disappointed in their advisors and their manager Jason W. I left several messages for Chris as well. I can not believe that they would just ignore someone who is a longtime customer and 2 car purchaser from them in the way they have done to me in this situation. I am asking to have my tire replaced, not a whole new set of 4 tires. I would think they have many tires in stock, and could do this in a short time, easily! I am going to look into changing my dealership to a Wisconsin branch. I am not happy with this dealership, and want to hear back and see if they even reply to this review. I doubt it! More
