They damaged our car while fixing it, after telling us the problem was likely our fault due to poor maintenance (it wasn’t, and was still under warranty for what broke). They didn’t fix the damage they could have right away, and we had to follow up and ask to get it done. It will be a month before they can finish the damage repair from their shop. The dealership is nice, though, and the people polite. They were good when asked for things and apologetic. I had to pay for the maintenance tasks they first thought caused the problem, and I guess with the damage, I hoped they would have covered it. More

I had to pay a little over $70 for an oil and oil filter change and an inspection at this dealer this June. I paid a little less than $50 for the same service at this dealer last June.
