Brendan took good care of me and answered all my questions. Got all the service I needed and everything was as expected. Update - hang on I found an issue that didn't get resolved. They damaged our car while fixing it, after telling us the problem was likely our fault due to poor maintenance (it wasn’t, and was still under warranty for what broke). They didn’t fix the damage they could have right away, and we had to follow up and ask to get it done. It will be a month before they can finish the damage repair from their shop. The dealership is nice, though, and the people polite. They were good when asked for things and apologetic. I had to pay for the maintenance tasks they first thought caused the problem, and I guess with the damage, I hoped they would have covered it. More
