Shelly Peterson at Honda Service assessed my issue and suggested options to repair my vehicle. I decided to have the work done that day even though I didn’t have an appointment. As I opted not to wait a suggested options to repair my vehicle. I decided to have the work done that day even though I didn’t have an appointment. As I opted not to wait at the dealership for the repair work to be done, Shelly called for an Uber to get me home at the expense of the dealership, She provided updates via text throughout and when the repair work was completed she offered to send an Uber pick me and bring me back to the dealership. Sorry I could only give Shelly 5 stars as this as at least a 10 star experience. More
We've had our 2013 Accord serviced at RB Honda since purchasing it there in 2014 and have had consistently good service. Service reps and techs have been excellent. Our last visit (3/21/23) was a litt purchasing it there in 2014 and have had consistently good service. Service reps and techs have been excellent. Our last visit (3/21/23) was a little disappointing because the service scheduler didn't recognize need for time to address an issue that was articulated on making the appointment, resulting in a need to bring the vehicle back for an additional appointment. More
