I brought my 2007 CR-V in for routine maintenance, and ended up buying a new 2012 CR-V. I bought my 2007 from RB Honda, and had all it's maintenance done there. I wouldn't call it an impulse buy, but I ended up buying a new 2012 CR-V. I bought my 2007 from RB Honda, and had all it's maintenance done there. We were greated as soon as we arrived in a friendly manner. We were shown the vehicle that had the exact features we were looking for. The color we wanted was researched and found. We were not pressured to make our decision, but given the time to think it over. We called the dealership later in the day to say we wanted the vehicle and they marked it sold on their inventory. Our sales persom Jeremy went above and beyond for us in getting the paper work done so that we could pick up our 2012 Odyssey easily on a busy weekend for us and the dealership. Working with Paul was a great experience. Prior to stopping in to take a car for a test drive I would call and let Paul know when I would be there. When I arrived Paul would have the car washed and ru stopping in to take a car for a test drive I would call and let Paul know when I would be there. When I arrived Paul would have the car washed and running with the A/C on. This made for a great driving experience for me. Paul is also explained all of the features very clearly.
