We went out looking to lease a new car, unsure of the benefits of leasing verses buying. We went to Richfield Honda and met with Brain Jones and Kevin Decaluwe. Our experience here ruined us! they treated us so well, taking extra time to explain the many advantages of leasing over buying, even though buying may be better for the dealer. We went in their looking for a hybrid, and it was explained to us that the MPG was only a few better but that it would drive the lease price up by at least 80-100 a month and it may not be the best option for us. What other dealership would talk you out of a more expensive car and into a cheaper one? One that actually cares. We went to three other dealerships and were extremely disappointed with their pricing, lease options and additional features that Honda offers for free. We came back within a week and leased a 2012 civic. I have recommended them to my entire family. Brain Jones was a great salesperson, trying to find the vehicle and price that fits your needs, not trying to pad his own wallet. Great no presure sales, friendly service all around and a great car at a great price to top it all. Thanks Richfield Bloomington Honda! More

I came into this having done a lot of background research on the size SUV I wanted, and had narrowed my s very knowledgeable and great to work with. I had a bad experience a few days earlier at a different dealership, being treated by a condescending salesman, making me feel like a "stupid woman" who didn't know what I wanted. When I went to the dealer, he answered all of my tough questions about the vehicle, plus showed me a few neat things I would not have ever inquiry. During the process, he noticed the tires needed some air, but the service department was backed up, so he took the time to fill the tires himself. In addition to that, he made sure my phone paired properly with the Bluetooth to the stereo, and that the windows were extra clean! More
