Fred was great to work with. The first time we visited, he didn't pressure us at all and he showed us different aspects about the car that wasn't covered at another Honda that we went to. He was also very honest about when the cars were going to get delivered and wasn't wishy-washy about the information that he provided us. He showed us how to work the vehicle inside from the menu button, oil/maintenance lights that would come on to even syncing our phones for us. He was very funny, laid back and seemed really genuine. I called several times throughout the week between our visit. He always called in a timely fashion with all the information that we were looking for. Kevin came into the picture when I was stuck with a decision to go with this dealership and get the car the same day, or go with another dealership and wait two weeks. He gave us a fair deal and he was very nice about it - not pushy or anything. He was funny over the phone and even in person. Heidi was able to get us a percentage rate lower than what my bank gave us. She wasn't pushy about the "add-ons" and was very friendly. Overall, my experience at RB honda in 2012 was wonderful. I recommend working with Fred again, he was one of the reasons I decided to go with this dealership! More

I am very happy with how I was treated at RB Honda. I never felt, at any time, that I was being pressured to buy a new car or to purchase additional features for the car. I brought my 2007 CR-V in for routine maintenance, and ended up buying a new 2012 CR-V. I bought my 2007 from RB Honda, and had all it's maintenance done there. I wouldn't call it an impulse buy, but I ended up buying a new 2012 CR-V. I bought my 2007 from RB Honda, and had all it's maintenance done there. I wouldn't call it an impulse buy, but I hadn't planned on walking out with the keys to a new car either. Keep up the great service, and maybe in another 5 years, I'll think about trading this one in for another new one! More
Great overall experience buying a 2012 CR-V from R.B.Honda. Would most definitely purchase another vehicle from them. We were greated as soon as we arrived in a friendly manner. We were shown the vehicle that had the exact features we were looking for. The color we wanted was researched and found. We were asked what would make the deal happen on that da, we said nothing, because we always go home and think about it. We were not pressured to make our decision, but given the time to think it over. We called the dealership later in the day to say we wanted the vehicle and they marked it sold on their inventory. Our sales persom Jeremy went above and beyond for us in getting the paper work done so that we could pick up our 2012 Odyssey easily on a busy weekend for us and the dealership. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with Richfield Bloomington Honda. Great ecperience so far. More
