Bill Foye was our sales executive and his car side manners and professionalism are very commendable. His stated goal was not to sell us a car, but to sell us the right car. And he fulfilled that goal. Our intentions that day were to shop for a car and Bill made that day, a buy car day, with total satisfaction. We appreciate Bill's no pressure sales approach and his knowledge of the product. We will be purchasing a second car from Bill within a year and look forward to the same experience all over again. We did not experience any discomfort in our dealings. Jeremy was very knowledgable on the use and functions of the CRV. He helped set up our iPhone for immediate use. We were impressed with his demeanor and personality. Joel was courteous, congenial and wonderful to us. He took time to visit with us and we felt like we knew him forever. Heidi (financial department) was very nice to work with too. She offered to help us get our Minnesota Title since we are traveling to Texas and this document cannot be forwarded. Heidi will receive the title and we will get a duplicate when we return at Christmas. We truly appreciated her assistance. Our total experience was very satisfying. We love our CVR and will recommend this dealership to everyone we know. This was the BEST dealer we have ever dealt with. More

Last year I tried to leaase a new accord and unfortunately I was not able to obtain financing at the time. I had worked with Paul, and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. This year, my situation had greatly improved, and I again wanted to lease an accord. I went back to Paul, and with Heidi, Honda was able to finance my new Accord. I was able to trade in my older Accord and am extremely satisfied with the new vehicle. Thanks Paul and Heidi for working hard to get me the loan that I needed and getting me into my new Honda. I will definitely trade-in through your dealership every three years on my lease. More
I was dreading the car-buying experience because my car needed to be replaced two years earlier than I had hoped, I didn't know what type of car I wanted and because of the bad reputation car salespeople g needed to be replaced two years earlier than I had hoped, I didn't know what type of car I wanted and because of the bad reputation car salespeople get. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at RB Honda and Paul Berggren. He provided knowledgeable opinions that helped me refine what I was looking for and in a completely relaxed and comfortable environment.
