I told Bill that I wanted to look at both the Fit and Civic models, and over the course of several visits Bill personally walked me through test drives and aided me in hammering out just what I needed out of my new car. Bill isn't the sort of salesman who plays games or strings you along -- he cares about finding the car that suits the customer best, and he is willing to take the time and effort to make the customer feel comfortable at every step of the process.
