I had a great experience at RB Honda. I stopped by on Black Friday to see if there were any good deals after test driving cars the last couple of months. The price was lower than what I expected when I came in and they even worked to honor a competitor's coupon. I got more for my trade in than what I expected as well. The buying process took a long time (around 4 hrs), but everyone was pleasant and patient through the process. The only improvement I would request is an expedited buying time.
