I was so very pleased with the service I received from both Rick Gaetke and Chip Richards at Richfield-Bloomington Honda! I was upside-down on my current car that no longer suited my families needs. I laid it all out for Rick and Chip: My situation with my current car, my financial situation, and what I needed for my next car. Both men treated me with dignity and respect and they showed me what was available within my means and helped me get back right-side up with my new car. I am not the richest man but I felt like a king when they rolled up their sleeves and got me a trade in that far exceeded the KBB value and a great new loan rate for the car that will carry my family safely where ever we go. I am now a proud owner of a beautiful Honda Odyssey! Buying a vehicle is never a fast process. I had my two little boys with me this particularly cold Saturday morning. After a while kids tend to lose patience and mine were losing theirs fast. Rick jumped in and saved the day while I was filling out paperwork. He let the eldest of my boys sit at his desk so he could play boss! Another sales associate generously donated some nilla cookies to the cause which made the youngest extremely happy! They gave us the remote for the television and let us watch Saturday morning cartoons. I was extremely taken care of here by Rick Gaetke and Chip Richards from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left with the car. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Kevin DeCaluwe for creating a wonderful buying experience for me. In 2011 I leased a 2012 Honda Civic Si from RB Honda. I was in the middle of my lease, DeCaluwe for creating a wonderful buying experience for me. In 2011 I leased a 2012 Honda Civic Si from RB Honda. I was in the middle of my lease, but decided to stop by RB on January 2nd 2014 to see if it was possible to lease a new Accord Coupe. I was greeted by Kevin when I walked in and assumed that he wouldn't be able to help me. I thought the payments on a new Accord would be too high since I was in the middle of my lease. Little did I know, Kevin had a plan to get me in the Accord I wanted. He quickly appraised my car and got me more money than I was expecting. He then showed me the coupe I wanted and said he could save me thousands on it since it was a dealer demo. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with it instantly. I started filling out the paperwork and was greeted by the general manager, Tim Carter. He asked me if I had any questions and thanked me for my business. I was really impressed that he stopped by to chat with me, because it showed me that he cared about his dealership and customers. Shortly after talking to Tim, I was greeted by the business manager, Jay Horn. He took me back to the finance office and explained everything to me in great detail. He answered all my questions keeping me confident during the finance process. When I was done in finance, Kevin already had my new car detailed, fueled and warmed up. He also helped me move my belongings into my new car. To make a long story short, I was able to get the car I wanted and my payment only went up ten dollars a month. I was very happy and will continue to buy all my future vehicles from RB Honda. Thanks!!! More

We have owned 11 Hondas, the last four purchased from RBH and even though we live 150 miles from the dealership, the service has made the drive well worth our while. Of additional value for us is RBH's shuttle service: we leave our car at the dealership, RBH's shuttle brings us to the airport. Our car is safe, any needed service is performed, the dealership shuttle picks us up upon our return. No cost, just part of their great service. AND, I should mention, Geri (our sales person) has gone out of her way to make ALL of our experiences with RBH exceptional. Have a question about service.......call (or text, or email) Geri; have a question about the vehicle.........call Geri; need a shuttle (because we're going on vacation!!) ...........call Geri. My wife and I have purchased two cars from Ron Gohlson at Richfield Bloomington Honda in the last 6 months, due to issues with other cars we owned. Ron walked me through what I needed, helping me understand that we needed a 10 year car that could sustain high mileage. He sold us the base model (the car was for our son) CRV when I was thinking about an Accord. He was right and we all absolutely love that CRV. Also, from the start Ron clearly understood that my wife would be a co-owner of the car and that her opinion mattered. Even though she would not necessarily assert herself Ron was great about making sure she was on board with the purchase. He didn't over sell us on anything, and there was no hard sell. He just tried to help us with our situation (down one car). Tim Carter has followed up and I appreciate that, it's nice to see the manager involved. A second car of ours died and I had it towed to RB Honda knowing I would not fix it. They accepted the car and paid for the tow because I was a previous customer. Again Ron understood I was only looking to spend the minimum on an economy car to replace the one that died (Toyota Echo). I wanted a Fit, test drove it on a very snowy day and purchased it the next day. He was very cordial and respectful of my wife and made her feel important as part of this second sale. He also got us out the door asap, since he knew it was just a third car we were purchasing. I appreciate that he knew I just wanted to get on with my day, very different than if we were purchasing a luxery auto. Also, with both purchases I called/emailed before I went to RB Honda, Ron quoted me the low TrueCar pricing (I don't think they are a member). Pricing in both cases was about as low as Kelly BB, TrueCar or similar sites published, so I felt right away I was getting the most competitive prices. Finally, I don't remember the names of both financing people but they were great! They were quick, not over selling on warranties, and very respectful and helpful. Dan & Gina More

I stopped by to look at a used car I spotted on the internet and was greeted by Matt. The car was awesome, clean, everything I could ask for in buying a used car. It looked brand new! I had a great experience with Kevin and the RB team. The experience I had was better than previous car purchases I have had. Kevin was great to work with and was not pushy in the least. It took me several days to work my numbers (ie with regard to my personal budget) and a few visits to the dealership and at no time was I told "What can we do to get this done today?" or any other of the push the sale tactics. The deal was finalized on my terms when I was ready. This in and of itself impressed me. Kevin is a great guy with a great sense of humor. I'd definitely buy from him again when the time comes. More
