I found the deal at RB Honda over Edmunds.com. at the end of December. I completed most of the deal via email which was the most expeditious for me and I appreciated the dealership's flexibility in allowing of December. Valerie Jackson was my sales person at the dealership and was very responsive whenever I communicated with her and was very gracious. I was pleased with the deal offered by RB Honda. I was pleasantly surprised to discover their approach to customer service which is to create a total customer service environment with wrap around services, that I hope will prove true. There was a mix up at the dealership and they prepared the wrong color car for me to pick up which was very disconcerting. They made it right a few days later and were very apologetic and did enough research to know that I was not the one who suddenly changed my mind at the last minute. I had purchased the all season mats for the car and need to have the driver's mat replaced since it is a 2013 and does not fit the 2014 Honda civic. The dealership is supposed to contact me when that is available. While I am new to the RB Honda experience, I am looking forward to doing continued business with the dealership. More

I set up a tentative time to meet with Rick to go over in more detail what I was looking for and what vehicles I might be interested in. It was a good experience and through Rick's questions he was able to assist me in determining what vehicles I wanted (in my case a CR-V or an Accord). Ultimately I went with the Accord. We have worked through one issue that we've had and Rick has done a wonderful job of helping me get the best outcome . I highly recommend when you go to RB Honda that you look up Rick "G". More

I also let Geri know via email what I expected to get for my trade-in. My shopping experience at Richfield Bloomington Honda was my best ever. We quickly agreed on terms and within a few hours, I was on my way. Everyone I met was friendly, kind, and helpful. Also, I love my new car. The Honda CR-V just keeps getting better and better. It is a great car for an active lifestyle while also one of the safest on the road today. More

I was even able to explain them all to my very inquisitive, almost 5 year old granddaughter the next day. I also appreciated how kind and accommodating Bill and Jay were while I moved money to pay for the new car and their help with trading in the Cadillac. I felt the price for the CRV and the trade-in value for the Cadillac were both fair. They were always putting me, the customer, first, and I want to thank them both for making buying a new car such a stress free experience. I rated them both highly because I felt I got a fair price, they both had a kind manner, and they made buying the new car and trading in the old car such a seamless experience. More
Last night my main vehicle for transportation dumped all it's antifreeze all over the highway on my way home from work. I told him what I was looking for and he suggested a Mazada RX6 that I loved. Chip settled the financing for me and today I am driving my new used car. I really felt like the guys took great care of me and helped me get a great car. Quick shout out to Mat and Chip you guys were (scratch that) ARE AWESOME!!! Thanks again. More
We came in with a car that needed a new power steering hose. It was under a recall so they took care of it for free!
