Had an appointment for an oil change at 2:15 p. m. Dropped my car off and went to grab something to eat. When I came back at 3:31 p.m. I went to see if my vehicle was in the shop. I saw that it wa m. Dropped my car off and went to grab something to eat. When I came back at 3:31 p.m. I went to see if my vehicle was in the shop. I saw that it was still in the bay and on the ground. I texted the service advisor and told him I had an appointment at 4:00 p.m. he told me he should be wrapping up soon and would go speak with the tech and get a status update. He texted back that the tech was hoping to have it done by 3:55 p.m. At 3:54 p.m. he texted me the tech was filling it with oil and he would get the paperwork ready so I could just sign and leave. So, not only did I have to cancel my appointment, they didn't wash the car, and since they rushed the entire job, I am left to wonder if they did it correctly and did the proper inspection. More
