This is my second Subaru that I purchased from this dealership. And the transaction was as smooth as you can get. No pressure that you would normally get from other dealers. I live in Staten Island and I prefer to get my service at this dealership . I recently had a issue with the transfer of plates and registration as the temporary registration was just about to expire. I called to inquire and was told they would FedEx out . What more can I say except that they a have a customer for life. Looking for a new car I started my hunt with Suburu...they didn't have what I was looking for but Mr. Diaz told me he would let me know when he found something. Still Waiting for my License Plates and Registration on day 29 of the Temporary Plates. Don't be in a hurry if you buy a car from here. Every step of the way is going to be slow and torturous. I was in the market for a new vehicle and was looking for something good on gas. I looked at many differrent models but chose the 2012 Imprezza for its all wheel drive and mpg. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the model and answered all my questions. When it came down to the purchase it was very smooth and effecient. He pointed out specs, features, explained the unique characteristics of the Forester, and helped us operate controls that were unfamiliar to us, especially the shift into manual mode. When we got serious about buying, he called in his manager, George. I thought, okay here comes the hammer. I was pleasantly surprised to find George as friendly and responsive as Artie.
