I initially went to Richard Lucas Subaru to have a used car checked by the service department. I was impressed with the professionalism displayed by Carlos and the service staff. My experience at Richard Lucas Subaru was GREAT! Not only did they find me the perfect car (a 2011 Subaru Legacy), I was returning a lease (Subaru Impreza) and getting a new car, (both were purchased at Rich did they find me the perfect car (a 2011 Subaru Legacy), I was returning a lease (Subaru Impreza) and getting a new car, (both were purchased at Richard Lucas Subaru), they went out of their way to make sure my insurance was faxed over so I could take the car home that day!! Mike and George worked with me and the bank to get the right price and ensure that I received the best finance rate possible. While all of this was going on Mike had the detail crew clean my car one more time, just because the test drive was in the snow and he wanted me to take home a perfectly clean car. The guys went out of their way to introduce me to the service department and make sure I knew who to call for service and parts needs. Dave Smithers, the service manager, was superb to work with as well. He explained all of the routine maintenance required to ensure the best life of the vehicle.
