A Bad situation turned good for me (new 2015 WRX) I had made an order for a 2015 WRX with a sales rep at Richard Lucas who I later found out had placed my order wrongly. I worked directly with Greg Fahy to work out a solution which involved a re-order and some additional discounts to the car's price. As far as I am concerned they did right by me and I eventually took delivery of the exact car that I wanted. Phil Bell, who handled my car's delivery, was also excellent in his level of service. But again the real shout outs go to Greg Fahy in this case. He turned a bad situation around for me and I would definitely recommend Richard Lucas. More

2015 forester the best ! This is my third Subaru forester & the best one out of all ! The have kept all the good qualities of the old Subaru & improved everything else .
