Fix the problems with the cars you sell I began to have a problem with the radio in the subarus Outback I purchased firing Richard Lucas in November 2016. I noticed that each time I shut down the car, the radio reverted to no subscription. Worse the navigation which depends on SiriusXM did not work either. After a month on the phone with Sirius, they said the problem was with the Subaru radio. I had to make three trips to richard Lucas Subaru and spent 3 hours per visit to try and fix the problem. The maintenance supervisor Jason, made jokes about the slip shod work they did. More

Ignored completely I came into this dealership today looking to buy a Subaru Impreza. I figured it was a good place to start given it's high customer reviews. However, I I came into this dealership today looking to buy a Subaru Impreza. I figured it was a good place to start given it's high customer reviews. However, I was ignored completely for over an hour by the sales staff. When I asked to be helped (for the second time) I was told that they were busy and would help me when they had a chance, despite there being a group of salespeople in the corner of the dealership ignore myself and the other customers. I guess you can't get bad customer reviews if you don't have any customers at all. Plus the price was marked up over $3000 from what I was quoted in an email. More

There was no high pressure or typical last minute "add ons" such as "window etching" or special "paint sealants" that many other dealers try to sell to increase their profits. The business/finance manager was thorough and swift helping to expedite our purchase - we were in and out of dealership from test drive to driving off lot in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman Joe Ellerman -a recent RU grad ! More

I went to Lucas Subaru on the recommendation of a friend and it was the best decision I could have made. I worked with Mike Provilon who was warm, knowledgeable, professional and a delight to work with. He answered all my questions and even gave me information I didn't know I needed to know. I was in on a Saturday morning and within a couple of hours we had test driven two cars, were given all our options and made our decision. So easy and painless. I can't recommend working with Mike Provilon enough. We also dealt with Mike Bracke on the financing of the car. He explained all our options and we never felt pressured to buy anything we didn't think we needed. In fact, that was our experience with the whole dealership. No pressure, they let the quality of the car make the sale which is so smart. We would definitely recommend them and the next time we're buying a car I would return. And so far, I love my new Forester. More
