This is the second Subaru I bought from Richard Lucas Subaru I bought my first Subaru Forester new in 2012 and have had excellent service from this dealership over the years. We played a little hard ball on our side admittedly, but Greg and his team were helpful and professional throughout every step. Once the deal had been struck, they moved things along swiftly, which was incredible because a lot of other dealers, when car shopping, tend to elongate the process and have you there for hours and hours. He helped me to even get car insurance before I drove out of the dealership. I got the car November 15, 2019. I went there originally to look around at first . The second time i went back it was because of the Subaru Ascent. I did test drive the Subaru Forester and that is the one I chose and i had to get the Premium in order to get the color I wanted which is red. It is also a 2020 model that came from Brooklyn, New York. It worked out that I could finance the vehicle. Being female and buying a vehicle by myself I felt that Jack Mitchell treated me with respect as a person and knowledge of vehicles and I appreciated that and liked that too and it was fun talking to him throughout the process. I really feel that I went to the right dealership and choose the right SUV for me. Thank you! I am sorry I took to long to write this review. JMP More

Excellent salesman and excellent service My wife and I were out to shop and compare several SUBs with Honda, Toyota, and possibly Subaru in our mind. We first visited Richard Lucas Subaru bec My wife and I were out to shop and compare several SUBs with Honda, Toyota, and possibly Subaru in our mind. We first visited Richard Lucas Subaru because it was close by as suggested by Google Maps with no intention of buying, just looking so to speak. But then, the salesman, Nick Griffi, was very professional, knowledgable, and seemed so honest as he mentioned not only the positives but whispered some not so positive (not much) as well. I liked that (truthful). To make the story short, we decided to buy the 2020 Ascent and didn't even bother to shop and compare it with other dealerships. Even after the sales, he continued to be helpful in answering all my concerns about the car, making sure I am fully satisfied. Nick and the financial guy who handled the sales were excellent. Special mention of Ryan and his partner in the service department. They are genuinely caring and helpful. More

Great Sales Associate Nick Grippi has a lot of knowledge of the Subaru cars and displayed great professionalism. Subaru wasn't my first choice, Telluride and Atlas were my leading choice. All 3 are great cars, but it was Nick professionalism that made me come back to finalize the deal. Greg was great too to finalize a great offer. Jay closed it all out with the paperwork. Great job, Lucas dealership for having Nick as part of your team. He made my decision to come back and do busy with Lucas dealership. As I was finalizing my paperwork, he had other clients that I would think felt the same, they went out to get a bite so they can deal with Nick when he finalized my deal. In the service business, its always people that make people come back. Also, Nick should be added as a checkbox with his picture for Sales. More
