She greeted me, was so kind and professional. She said my car was going right in, to make myself comfortable and help myself to a bagel and coffee. Waiting area is comfortable and clean. Even a charging station for all kinds of electronics. In no time my car was ready. Carrie came into the waiting and sat down with me. She explained what was done and some cautionary items that will need attention down the road. She took her time and when I had a question she explained everything completely and did not rush me nor herself. She walked me out to my car. This is what service is all about. While I sat in the waiting room, I had a chance to see and hear other service advisors talking with other clients. All were professional; kind and helpful. More
