From beginning to end Jim was great. He was understanding of my situation and was helpful with all my questions and was consistently checking to see if there was anything else he could do to help me through of my situation and was helpful with all my questions and was consistently checking to see if there was anything else he could do to help me through the process or make me happier. I only have one complaint and it has nothing to do with Jim. The dealership received the check for my vehicle the day after i purchased it but did not call me to complete the registration until almost 6 days later and i think that that should be something that whomever receives the checks stays more on top of so the customer isnt left waiting to receive a call hoping to get the purchase and registration so long. Otherwise the experience was fantastic overall and i look forward to doing business with Jim and Richard Chevrolet again in the future. More

He was very careful to go over and explain all the workings of my new vehicle His integrity and respectfulness make you feel glad he is your salesperson. The entire staff from sales, management and service at Richard Chevrolet are stellar performs and care about their customers. That is why I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership and will purchase my next vehicle here as well. I recommend Richard Chevrolet to my family and friends. I purchased a 20011 Chevrolet Cruse 2LT with a sunroof and I absolutely love this car but the service and care after the sale are what makes Richard Chevrolet stand out from the rest. More

We decided to purchase a new car to help transport our kids. A Friend mentioned Richard Chevrolet and a salesperson Roger Hill. My wife and I stopped by. We went in and found Roger who is a extremely frie kids. A Friend mentioned Richard Chevrolet and a salesperson Roger Hill. My wife and I stopped by. We went in and found Roger who is a extremely friendly and knowledgeable salesman. After some discussing our wants and a few test rides we settled on a SUV wanting four wheel drive in this climate. Roger was and is still an asset to us by demonstrating all the options and answering all of our questions. My wife has called a couple of times since our purchase and Roger has taken the time to walk her threw all of her issues ensuring she new the answer to her questions. More
Account Executive Jim Kubicza was very patient throughout the entire process regarding my purchase of a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu LT. I needed to upgrade my previous vehicle (for which I also worked with Jim, a the entire process regarding my purchase of a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu LT. I needed to upgrade my previous vehicle (for which I also worked with Jim, and Stan, upon my purchase of a used 2007 Chevy Malibu (purchased in 2008) Jim took the time to answer all of my questions about the automobiles that I first looked at and took for a test drive. He also showed me potential vehicles for purchase that were in my specified price range. Both Jim and Stan worked with me regarding purchase price, and subsequent increase in the trade-in value of my, then, 2007 Malibu. The Closing experience offered by Financial Services Manager (Stan) was a very professional and thorough one in which every Form that needed my signature was patiently explained to me. As is usually the case, my experience with Richard Chevrolet - both with the Sales & Service Dept.'s - continues to be a very positive one. Tim was exteremely knowledgeable about the Chevrolet Silverado I was looking to purchase, he advised me of all its features, what I could expect from that model and what new features were recently addded by General Motors. Even though Tim was busy with other customers and phone calls he remained attentive to me and provided me with the type of exclusive treatment that made me feel like I was his only customer that evening. Tim was always very professional, courteous and informative during my transaction. Richard Chevrolet must be very pleased to have him in their employ. He made my buying experience very pleasureable and I intend to purchase all my future motor vehicles from him and have already referred several associates to contact him for their auto needs. More
I was on the search for a new vehicle I had test drove 10 different cars and was trying to narrow down my search and find that perfect fit. I decided to give your dealership a call to set up an appointment. Jim was very knowledgable and friendly. I called and requested to test drive a specific car at a specific time and he had that car ready and waiting for me. He went above and beyond to build me the car that I wanted and followed up with me a few days later to see if there was any more information that he could give me or if I had any more questions. Unfortunately, I was not able to purchase that vehicle. It didn't fit into my garage. I have since purchased a different vehicle and would not settle for anything less than the superior service that I received from Jim. When people ask about my overall car shopping experience I recommend they reach out to talk to Jim. More
