From beginning to end Jim was great. He was understanding of my situation and was helpful with all my questions and was consistently checking to see if there was anything else he could do to help me through of my situation and was helpful with all my questions and was consistently checking to see if there was anything else he could do to help me through the process or make me happier. I only have one complaint and it has nothing to do with Jim. The dealership received the check for my vehicle the day after i purchased it but did not call me to complete the registration until almost 6 days later and i think that that should be something that whomever receives the checks stays more on top of so the customer isnt left waiting to receive a call hoping to get the purchase and registration so long. Otherwise the experience was fantastic overall and i look forward to doing business with Jim and Richard Chevrolet again in the future. More

We decided to purchase a new car to help transport our kids. A Friend mentioned Richard Chevrolet and a salesperson Roger Hill. My wife and I stopped by. I was on the search for a new vehicle I had test drove 10 different cars and was trying to narrow down my search and find that perfect fit. I called and requested to test drive a specific car at a specific time and he had that car ready and waiting for me. He went above and beyond to build me the car that I wanted and followed up with me a few days later to see if there was any more information that he could give me or if I had any more questions. Unfortunately, I was not able to purchase that vehicle. It didn't fit into my garage. I have since purchased a different vehicle and would not settle for anything less than the superior service that I received from Jim. When people ask about my overall car shopping experience I recommend they reach out to talk to Jim. More
