My overall experience was very good. they were helpful and worked with me to get the deal done. We looked at a used 2003 GMC Sierra on 8/29/12 and agreed to the purchase terms as this truck was being sold as a "wholesale" vehicle. We were informed by the salesman that "wholesale" meant the vehicle wer to the purchase terms as this truck was being sold as a "wholesale" vehicle. We were informed by the salesman that "wholesale" meant the vehicle were tagged as unfit for the road and if we wanted to purchase the truck we would have to have a safety inspection and have it certified as "fit for the road". We were told that we had to complete the sales transaction within 48 hours. We put down a $200 deposit, of which $100 would go toward the "safety inspection". We used their dealer recommended garage and had over $600 dollars worth of work done to have the truck receive a passing safety inspection. We were contacted several times by the salesman wanting to make sure we would complete the transaction within 48 hours. We called our insurance carrier and had the insurance transferred from our current vehicle (that we were trading in)to the new truck in anticipation of completing the transaction and taking the truck to get it registered. We called Roger from the road to let him know we were on our way up. When we got there Roger informed us there was a small "hiccup". Roger told us there was a payoff on the truck and they did not have the title. Roger told us that we could sign the title to our trade-in over to them and we they would give us dealer plates so we could continue driving. He said he did not want us to be without a vehicle but when we went to speak to Sean in F&I and he informed us that because we did not have collision coverage on the truck they could not allow us to use the dealer plates on the van. He said all he could do was take our payment on the truck. REALLY???? The dealership expected us to pay for a truck that we would not get the title to? We would not be able to register it without the title. Sean informed us they had payed of the loan on 8/20/12 and that it takes the bank two to three weeks to send the title. THAT WAS 9 DAYS BEFORE WE EVEN LOOKED AT THE TRUCK. DIDN'T ANYONE NOTICE THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TITLE WHEN THEY SOLD US THE TRUCK? To add insult to injury on 9/5/12 we received a call from Jeff Segal asking if we were moving forward with the purchase as he had another party that was interested in the truck. Do they not speak to each other? Are their records not computerized? We have already spent over $700 dollars and have nothing to show for it. As of 9/5/12 we are still waiting for the title so we can complete the sale. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I just leased a 2012 Chevy Equinox from Jim Kubicza, Account Executive and Dan Alkas, Finance Manager who both made it possible, they understood I just just leased a 2012 Chevy Equinox from Jim Kubicza, Account Executive and Dan Alkas, Finance Manager who both made it possible, they understood I just needed a break, a place to start, like so many others during this long time of financial issues. GM was looking to help good people who need an opportunity to lease or purchase their next vehicle. I found that opportunity at Richard Chevrolet, and what a wonderful experience! Jim had come highly recommended by close friends of mine, my friend leased her car, her husband bought his truck there. I had a 1998 Chevy Malibu with 179,000 miles and knew it was time for a newer vehicle before any more car repairs. Having decided to lease; I wanted an SUV, the Equinox was perfect. I was first assisted by Rick who spent time with me even though I had told him I was referred to Jim; 'no problem' was Rick's comment, "I'll be glad to help". The process was started! My next visit was with Jim; who proved he definately deserved the "Mark of Excellence" award! Jim listened to what I was looking for, offered suggestions, information, and never pushed me to make a decision immediately. Jim delivered outstanding customer service, as did all of his colleagues at Richard Chevrolet. After working thru the financial maze; Jim and Dan worked diligently on my behalf to make my Equinox lease possible. They shared my excitement when I was there to sign the papers and pick up my Equinox. Rick greeted me when I came in and put the license plates on my new ride. A true team effort from everyone at Richard Chevrolet; from Nancy at the front desk, to Jeffrey the General Sales Manager and everyone in the sales office. My test drive in the Equinox proved that was the vehicle for me! Jim explained all the buttons, lights, and features in the SUV after the test ride, and again the day I picked up my car. He took the time, a few minutes, to set up the radio (not a big deal to most but it would have taken me much longer), explain XM satellite radio service, provided for 3 months, Onstar service for 6 months. I have thoroughly enjoyed my CD player and sound system. These are a few of the highlights of my Richard Chevrolet experience. I have many more. Roger was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions(most before even asking them). He spent quality time with me after the purchase to show me how options on the truck worked. I felt I was treated the same as is if I had purchased a new vehicle(which I will do when my wife is ready for a car). Everthing was ready on time and everything we talked about was followed through. By the time I left the day I picked up the truck I had no questions left unanswered. Also dealing with Sean Lamb in F & I was a pleasure, my wife and I were expertly guided through the registration process of the vehicle and trade in of my old truck. All in all my experience at your dealership exceeded my expectaions, from the cleanliness of the vehicle when I picked it up to the knowledge and professionalism of your staff. I look foward to checking out your service department for my vehicle maintenance. Thanks again for a great xperience and keep up the good work. PS: And all this while undergoing a major renovation. Roger had come highly recommended, and he certainly delivered outstanding customer service, as did all of his colleagues at Richard Chevrolet. Everyone acknowledged us when we came into the dealership, they were all friendly and smiling. Roger assisted us in trying to figure out what the right car was for us. He was informative, and never tried to push us into buying a car. He gave us information and wanted us to make an educated, buying decision. There is a reason that Roger is a "Mark of Excellence" award winner! Richard Chevrolet did not have the exact car that we wanted, but Roger utilized the "dealer locate" option to get the car for us. Roger spoke to the dealer the next day, made the trade and the car was picked up the next day! We had the opportunity to meet the Sales Manager, Jay as well. We also liked how thorough the process was when we picked up the car. The Financing Manager, Stan was also very helpful. We will call Roger, at Richard Chevrolet next time we are in the car market!
