Diesel Exhaust light was on along with engine light Last week, our Silverado had a message we had not seen before. The diesel exhaust light and the engine light came on. I spoke with Sid and he sugges Last week, our Silverado had a message we had not seen before. The diesel exhaust light and the engine light came on. I spoke with Sid and he suggested we put additional diesel exhaust in the vehicle and try taking the truck for a ride on the highway for over a half hour. The light continued to stay on so we brought the vehicle in for service. It turned out that the #2 sensor needed to be replaced on the vehicle. Thank goodness that is all it was!! More

Fantastic - Go see Josh! I had heard of Richard Chevy before, but only browsed their online selection. One of my buddies had recently purchased his truck there through a sales I had heard of Richard Chevy before, but only browsed their online selection. One of my buddies had recently purchased his truck there through a sales person named Josh, so I called and made an appointment with him. When I went there in person, I really got an understanding of why they have been around for so long. Josh really knows his stuff - young, honest guy who really wanted to make sure he helped get the right truck for me. We took a few test drives and took a look at all my options. In the end he made sure that I knew exactly what I was paying for... he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with my purchase.
