During the service, it was discovered that there was a leak in my oil pan. Sid arranged a rental car for me and set the appointment for the repair. I picked up my rental on a Tuesday morning and Sid contacted me early afternoon to let me know that my car was ready. Jamie was the utmost professional throughout the rental process. Thorough work to say the very least! From the moment I drove into the service center I was taken care of better than I could've expected. And when it came time to pay for all the work done to my car which costed serveral hundred dollars (right before Christmas yikes!) my representative Nick made sure to thoroughly check all my coverages to see if it was possible to reduce that. Not only did he reduce it, but found I was still covered on an extended warranty through them so not a dime out of my pocket for any additional repairs and not even the rental I needed overnight. Now my car feels better than ever, this is the place to be for service you can trust. More

2004 Chevy Impala We took our 2004 Chevy Impala to Richard Chevrolet as we had a gush of antifreeze after warming up our car. We were not sure what to think, so called We took our 2004 Chevy Impala to Richard Chevrolet as we had a gush of antifreeze after warming up our car. We were not sure what to think, so called and asked them to look at it. Carrie, our service advisor, said we could bring the car down the next day. We told her we would drop it off that afternoon to stay overnight. By 9:17am, Carrie called us and said they could not find anything wrong with our car. She said everything was dry. They ran the car under the same conditions we did; then ran it warmed up. No leaks, spills or smells. Of course, that was good news to us and she assured us that they checked everything. We have used Richard Chevrolet service department for the past 8-10 years and have never had any problems. They are always thorough, respectful, helpful and when they do have to deliver "bad" news, they work with the customer. They always have a service coupon to help with your repair costs, too. We bought our 2015 Equinox from Richard Chevrolet and are very happy with this dealership. Carrie, Sid and the entire service department are awesome! More

Stated they go by overall area census and this vehicle priced to sell. Followed up Dec. 10 . Spoke with Ryan offered $13500 cash in hand but still would not accept deal. Monday morning Dec. 12 vehicle has been dropped to $9869??????????? No call to us and vehicle sold, Chris explanation was ever excuse in the book and wonder if Ryan ever submitted our offer saturday. Really? Why? Cash not good enough or was it sold to a friend or salesman. Richard Chevrolet has no morals or ethics as a business!!!!!! More
