They had to fix an issue with my OnStar and my radio was having issues with high frequency sounds. The first time I brought it down, they gave me an oil change and told me that the recall would not be ready because they had to order a part. Fair enough! I waited about a week and I scheduled another appointment but had to wait one more day for another part to come in. They did however give me a rental so I was very happy with that, No big deal! When I went to pick up my vehicle, they accidently gave me another oil change which was by accident because I had already received one the week before but I called Sid ( service representative) who was very professional and told me that he would note that and would take care of it for me next time I visit. I wanted to make sure because I'm allowed 2 oil changes by warranty! Besides that, They seem to know what they are doing! Very prompt also! More

Service work review Two years ago I had a problem with my car's XM radio antennae. It was determined to be faulty and Carrie Tomczak was responsible for it's replacement. Two years ago I had a problem with my car's XM radio antennae. It was determined to be faulty and Carrie Tomczak was responsible for it's replacement. Not only was the work completed within 2 days, the replacement/painting was done impeccably. I had been shopping around at other Chevy dealerships and I was overwhelmed by how much was out. At the same time I was underwhelmed but the service I was given. That changed literally from the moment my wife and I walked into Richard Chevrolet. The manager Angelo greeted us and got us set up with Ryan. Ryan made the experience so easy and made us feel welcomed. It was nice to see world class customer service still existed. Extremely knowledgeable sales team. Product knowledge and great customer service go hand in hand and Ryan delivered. I will be recommending friends and family to shop here for sure. I didn't mention price because Ryan went out of his way to find all sales and rebates I qualified for!!! Thanks to the team at Richard Chevrolet!! More

They are the best! I have been working with this dealership for a few years. I have never felt pressured or like a "sale". The service department is amazing!
