They had to fix an issue with my OnStar and my radio was having issues with high frequency sounds. The first time I brought it down, they gave me an oil change and told me that the recall would not be ready because they had to order a part. Fair enough! I waited about a week and I scheduled another appointment but had to wait one more day for another part to come in. They did however give me a rental so I was very happy with that, No big deal! When I went to pick up my vehicle, they accidently gave me another oil change which was by accident because I had already received one the week before but I called Sid ( service representative) who was very professional and told me that he would note that and would take care of it for me next time I visit. I wanted to make sure because I'm allowed 2 oil changes by warranty! Besides that, They seem to know what they are doing! Very prompt also! More

Service work review Two years ago I had a problem with my car's XM radio antennae. It was determined to be faulty and Carrie Tomczak was responsible for it's replacement. Two years ago I had a problem with my car's XM radio antennae. It was determined to be faulty and Carrie Tomczak was responsible for it's replacement. Not only was the work completed within 2 days, the replacement/painting was done impeccably. In addition, I have worked with Carrie for other routine service work and have found her to be very pleasant, friendly and efficient. Gary S. More
