That changed literally from the moment my wife and I walked into Richard Chevrolet. The manager Angelo greeted us and got us set up with Ryan. Ryan made the experience so easy and made us feel welcomed. It was nice to see world class customer service still existed. Extremely knowledgeable sales team. Product knowledge and great customer service go hand in hand and Ryan delivered. I will be recommending friends and family to shop here for sure. Friendly and efficient I made an appointment for the scheduled maintenance on my 2016 Chevy Cruze to include some minor recall items. During the service, it was discovered that there was a leak in my oil pan. Sid arranged a rental car for me and set the appointment for the repair. Thorough work to say the very least! From the moment I drove into the service center I was taken care of better than I could've expected. And when it came time to pay for all the work done to my car which costed serveral hundred dollars (right before Christmas yikes!) my representative Nick made sure to thoroughly check all my coverages to see if it was possible to reduce that. Not only did he reduce it, but found I was still covered on an extended warranty through them so not a dime out of my pocket for any additional repairs and not even the rental I needed overnight. Now my car feels better than ever, this is the place to be for service you can trust. More
