They treat you like family and go out of their way to do so. We use to live in CT and Richard Chevrolet was our dealership. We have since moved to FL and have yet to find a Chevy dealership they equals the quality of service as Richard's does. While on vacation this summer visiting family in CT our vehicle had issues (which was supposedly checked by our FL dealer's service dept before we headed up north). We took the vehicle to Richard Chevrolet and were treated as if we had never left. They resolved the issue and found another that would have caused us problems down the road. They are the best in our eyes. More

They had to fix an issue with my OnStar and my radio was having issues with high frequency sounds. The first time I brought it down, they gave me an oil change and told me that the recall would not be ready because they had to order a part. Fair enough! I waited about a week and I scheduled another appointment but had to wait one more day for another part to come in. They did however give me a rental so I was very happy with that, No big deal! When I went to pick up my vehicle, they accidently gave me another oil change which was by accident because I had already received one the week before but I called Sid ( service representative) who was very professional and told me that he would note that and would take care of it for me next time I visit. I wanted to make sure because I'm allowed 2 oil changes by warranty! Besides that, They seem to know what they are doing! Very prompt also! More
