Tire replacement and wheel alignment I reached out to Carrie Tomczak at Richard Chevrolet early yesterday morning. Carrie is my favorite service representative. I called and explained how I need to replace 2 tires ASAP. We've been getting a lot of snow and rain and the tires became an issue quickly. Carrie made a call, got the tires in within an hour and called me right away. I brought my car to the dealership, had the 2 tires replaced, wheel alignment performed and drove home with peace of mind - same day. Carrie always listens to my concerns and is never pushy. It is comforting dealing with a woman service representative - she gets it. She is quick to return calls and emails and always offers explanations of car services so anyone can understand. I will continue to bring my car to Richard Chevrolet for service. More
