Caring and honest service department! We purchased our vehicle from another dealer and had some issues with it, we took it to a private garage to get the issue fixed and it cost us hundred We purchased our vehicle from another dealer and had some issues with it, we took it to a private garage to get the issue fixed and it cost us hundreds of dollars and the problem was not fixed. We decided to bring it to bring it to Richard Chevrolet and honestly we were expecting a hefty bill. The service advisor Nick informed us that we were still in our factory warranty and that our repair for the check engine light would be covered. There were a few other recommendations that were not covered, but the fact that they took the time to check and inform us of the warranties we still have makes us very happy. We will be return customers for sure! More

Service while on vacation Carrie, Sid and the rest of the service team go above and beyond to be sure all our concerns are dealt with professionally and courteously. They treat you like family and go out of their way to do so. We use to live in CT and Richard Chevrolet was our dealership. We have since moved to FL and have yet to find a Chevy dealership they equals the quality of service as Richard's does. While on vacation this summer visiting family in CT our vehicle had issues (which was supposedly checked by our FL dealer's service dept before we headed up north). We took the vehicle to Richard Chevrolet and were treated as if we had never left. They resolved the issue and found another that would have caused us problems down the road. They are the best in our eyes. More
