He explained I may have to wait a bit so I was ready to stay for more than an hour at least. To my surprise they got me out of there in less than 45 minutes. The communication and efficiency is top rate. My wife has a Toyota unfortunately and when we were still under warranty I would go to the dealer in Wallingford and never had a pleasant relaxing experience. They are all very professional at Richard Chevrolet. Hopefully my wife's next car will come from there but unfortunately that one is not up to me. More

Nick put me at ease, and introduced me to the mechanic assigned to my baby. I was very impressed with the professionalism and down to earth attention given to me. Sid G. was my adviser, and as always, Sid was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I had a Thursday evening appointment. I was greeted in the entrance bay, and very quickly, my car was taken in for service. I waited in the excellent service waiting room and was provided with a sandwich, chips and a drink for my supper. What more could I ask!? The car was ready in about 30 minutes, and I left with the same feeling I always have--glad that I chose Richard Chevy for my all my car needs. More
