The service advisor Nick was right there to greet me first thing in the morning. We had concerns that we were worried were not covered by warranty. Nick contacted me, found the vehicle had a special coverage but parts would not be in for a few days. The service department set up a rental car for me and kept me updated on my vehicle. Sid was extremely helpful and pleasant after I explained my predicament he squeezed me in on a Thursday, their late night for service. He explained I may have to wait a bit so I was ready to stay for more than an hour at least. To my surprise they got me out of there in less than 45 minutes. The communication and efficiency is top rate. My wife has a Toyota unfortunately and when we were still under warranty I would go to the dealer in Wallingford and never had a pleasant relaxing experience. They are all very professional at Richard Chevrolet. Hopefully my wife's next car will come from there but unfortunately that one is not up to me. More
