A cut above the rest I traveled from Branford to look at a car they had advertised. I wss fortunate enough to have ERIN as my sales person. While my relationship with one of her managers during early negotiations didn't go too well, ERIN quickly changed all that. She is knowledgeable, certainly efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The whole experience of buying the car at Richards couldn't been much better. While waiting I went into the showroom to look at vehicles and ran into Dave who sold me my last 2 vehicles. We must have talked for a good 1/2 hour or more and Dave was as friendly as ever even though he knew I wasn't in the market for a vehicle! I have a Chevy Dealership 5 miles away but drive 62 miles for an oil change because of the elite service I receive every time I come here!! More
