Service Came in mid afternoon and was greeted in the service drive by Carrie. I stopped in without an appointment due to an unexpected check engine light. She did a quick scan of my computer and told me it was safe to drive until I could drop off the next day. The next day I was once again greeted by her friendly face and was given a ride by a lovely shuttle driver! To my surprise the repair was covered under emissions warranty. Talk about a great experience! More

Great experience! Stopped in with my car in on a Saturday because the night before the Infotainment system (radio/ GPS/ Bluetooth, etc.) on my 1 year old Traverse turne Stopped in with my car in on a Saturday because the night before the Infotainment system (radio/ GPS/ Bluetooth, etc.) on my 1 year old Traverse turned off on its own and would not turn back on! Sid assisted us and had one of his technicians take a look even though he said they did mostly oil changes on the weekend. Unfortunately, nothing could be determined at that moment so Sid suggested I bring it back during the week, which I easily arranged with him. Sid set me up with a rental car so I didn't have to wait too long and could get to work on time. As it turns out, my whole Infotainment system needed to be replaced b/c something failed internally, however I was able to keep my rental until I could get it back the next morning, around my other obligations. Sid was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with! As a side note, during our initial "stop in" on that Saturday, we ran into our salesman, Michael Gago, who chatted with us for a while and even followed up after the fact to make sure everything worked out alright for us. Overall, very pleasant experience! More

A cut above the rest I traveled from Branford to look at a car they had advertised. I wss fortunate enough to have ERIN as my sales person. Excellent Sales & Service Department I had an excellent experience once again at Richard, I arrived early during staff lunch break and Nick interrupted his lunch to greet me and take my v I had an excellent experience once again at Richard, I arrived early during staff lunch break and Nick interrupted his lunch to greet me and take my vehicle. While waiting I went into the showroom to look at vehicles and ran into Dave who sold me my last 2 vehicles. We must have talked for a good 1/2 hour or more and Dave was as friendly as ever even though he knew I wasn't in the market for a vehicle! I have a Chevy Dealership 5 miles away but drive 62 miles for an oil change because of the elite service I receive every time I come here!! More
