Phenominal Arranged to have our 2015 Equinox serviced for 30k, an oil change and the great safety check they always do. I dropped the car off at the dealership on Wednesday - May 31st in the afternoon. Carrie had a driver right there to "shuttle" me home. The driver was very nice and a safe driver. Carrie called me around 9:30am on Thursday - June 1st. She said the car was ready and that the charges were less than anticipated. The technician found that not as much work needed to be done. What a welcome surprise. Carrie is one of the most friendliest people I know. She is a great asset to Richard Chevrolet; a great ambassador to how professional, friendly and courteous a service advisor should be.
