We were here for an oil change and tire rotation and we were out the door in less than an hour. We got fresh coffee, fresh warm bagels. We're going to be going nowhere else but richard chevrolet! Drove into the building, was greeted immediately, and was brought to my service consultant Carrie Tomczak. I told her i was in for an oil change, lube, and tire rotation. She brought me over to the waiting area where they had fresh bagels and coffee. Had some breakfast and watched the news on their big screen tv. Fired up the laptop to do some work using their free wifi and before Carrie came over to let me know my vehicle was ready. I was in and out in 45 minutes. It was a pleasurable experience.
