Outstanding Service I have been visiting Richard Chevrolet for several years and plan to continue doing so. I have both my Chevy vehicles serviced there and I couldn't as I have been visiting Richard Chevrolet for several years and plan to continue doing so. I have both my Chevy vehicles serviced there and I couldn't ask for a better dealer to get my service work completed. My wife works for a company that is located behind Richard's but their business entrance is about 1/2 mile away. My wife drops her car off on her way to work and Richard's provides her with a ride to her work. Nice touch. When her car is ready for pick up they will call her at work to let her know it's ready. Usually she'll get a ride from one of her co-workers back to Richard's during lunch or after work. Most times, Service Consultant, Carrie Tomczak, will meet my wife when she drops off her car and reviews the requested services. When she picks up her car, Carrie will review the worked performed and any recommended future services. Outstanding company to purchase and service your Chevy. More

Extremely satisfied We brought our vehicle in last week. The check in process was extremely pleasant and smooth. After about 20 minutes, our service advisor Nick came out with the inspection report for our car. What was nice was as he explained everything our car needed, he prioritized the items for us and explained what needed attention at the time of service and what can be put off safely. We have never had a service experience quite like this one. Richard Chevrolet was outstanding. From the smooth check in process and the friendly staff. We will absolutely be coming back here. More
