When you are told that the wait will be 45min to and hour for an oil change and tire rotation, you are usually out of there in 30 min. From the moment I bought my car to the many times I have had Richard Chevrolet is an excellent car dealership and I highly recommend them to anyone. From the moment I bought my car to the many times I have had routine service I have been treated very well. They are always friendly, courteous to me and very helpful in meeting my car needs. The management and employees always treat you as a friend and not as a stranger. They truly go the extra mile for their customers. The dealership itself is very inviting clean and comfortable to be in. They also have food and beverages as you wait for service :). My experience today was for an oil change for my Camaro. I was greeted promptly and with a smile from my advisor Sid Greatorex. He made me feel very welcome and offered me fresh bagels which I appreciated since I was there very early. He took care of me promptly and I was soon on my way after they had serviced my car. An excellent experience as always. I must also mention I love the way you can just drive into the building to get your car serviced. You don’t have to worry about it being in a parking lot unlocked potentially getting a door ding etc. Even after your service your car is still inside waiting for you. Best service setup I have experienced and I have bought many cars in my life. Thanks Richard Chevrolet! Keep up the good work!
