I needed service, immediately I needed service on my Explorer. I am new to the area and had used their Service Department a couple times, and told them during these visits that I I needed service on my Explorer. I am new to the area and had used their Service Department a couple times, and told them during these visits that I travel a lot and that when I need service I had high expectations that I could get in when I needed. That was not the case this time...it was going to be a week for an oil change! A week...not just a day or two, but a week. How does one needing service expect to take this? I did not take this well, and will never return to their location for anything. I even considered putting them on my list for a future purchase; this is definitely not going to occur either. I phoned another dealer nearby, and was in their service area within the hour; not only that, I returned the following day and made a tire purchase as well. Too bad, Ricart, you not only lost my future business, but I will also share my experience during my travels. I am in the customer service industry, and your receptionist had no care in the world about my needs, and did not have much empathy toward a customer, or should I say an ex-customer. More

Oil change turned into another new car. I cannot count the number of Fords we have purchased over the years. Most recent Fords we purchased from Ricart Ford was a 2011 Mustang, 2012 Fusion I cannot count the number of Fords we have purchased over the years. Most recent Fords we purchased from Ricart Ford was a 2011 Mustang, 2012 Fusion and a 2014 Escape Titanium. We have loved each car, and the knowledge, friendliness, and service at Ricart has been the best. We took our 2012 Fusion in for usual oil change and started looking around and ended up buying another new car. More
9-21-13: After having ONEof our 2012 Ford F150's serviced, we got into the truck to leave. An employee [name unknown], after we had gotten into the truck, parked a vehicle behind us & left it runnin serviced, we got into the truck to leave. An employee [name unknown], after we had gotten into the truck, parked a vehicle behind us & left it running. Did not catch it in the mirrors so started backing out slowly. Hit the vehicle in it's side. The owners & a couple of employees came out. Owners understood but were upset because the vehicle was being appraised for trade-in. The employees, one from service & one from sales, were rude & accusing us of backing out too fast. They refused to assist us in any way. We attempted to file a complaint but never received any type of response. We have since found another dealership to have service completed at & to purchase our next vehicles. Our family has bought more than 12 vehicles (some high dollar) from Ricart. We would drive over an hour just to have our vehicles serviced but to be treated as we were, we will not return for sales or service. Thank you, Martin & Susan McDonough More
Just want to start off saying that I'm never buying another car from your dealership and will not be recommending someone else to buy a car from you. I will not be bringing my car back in for any future service or repairs. I bought my 2013 Mustang in June 2012. Wanted to have a spoiler added on. When the tech went to put it on, he found 3 small dents in the trunk, under the old spoiler. So I had to wait to get the trunk fixed and repainted. Then the spoiler had to be replaced, due to an corner not being painted correctly. I live on the west side of Columbus, and had to do alot of driving back and forth to get this taken care of. Now, yesterday, April 6th, I took my car in for the 5,000 mile service. The representative came out and discussed what was done with my car before I left. Got my keys and drove out of the service area. Then I decided to check my car out before going home. I live on the west side of Columbus, and didn't want to have to come all the way back, in case something was wrong. So I went to one of your parking areas to look things over. Didn't even leave the complex. Found all 4 of my wheels have marks around the lug nuts. The scratches are in the painted wheel. A couple are really bad. Now this was the first time my car has been serviced. Took the car back to the service area. Ended up speaking with the service manager. She looked at the wheels and didn't know how this happened. I let her know the marks were not there before I brought the car in. She said she can't be sure the marks were or were not there, before the techs worked on my car. My wheels have never been touched, until yesterday. The only thing the service manager could do was recommend a wheel repair company to fix it. Why should I go to a repair place to pay to get the wheels fixed, when the marks were not there before I came in for service? So I left very disappointed and mad with your car service, again. This is the second time I have left your dealership, with a problem. On the way home, I stopped at a couple of auto stores. Had the guys come out and look at my wheels. They saw the damage and both said it was from a torque wrench. Now that sounds like what the techs probably use at your dealership to rotate tires. I tried to find some paint to match the wheels, so I could at least cover up the damage. I was not able to find anything to match the wheel color. This shouldn't be happening to a customer, with a new car. Would have liked the service manager to order me some new wheels, but since that didn't happen, she could have at least given me some touch up paint for the wheels to cover the damage. If nothing is done to help this situation, I will be escalating this issue with someone to make sure things are set right for my car. More
The worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. I sat waiting for 4.5 hours for new tires and they didn't even do the alignment. Anywhere else could have gotten this done in an under an hour an a ha sat waiting for 4.5 hours for new tires and they didn't even do the alignment. Anywhere else could have gotten this done in an under an hour an a half. They never apologized. All I got was blank stares. Every time I went ask what was going on, they said it the vehicle would "done in a minute." Then another 45 minutes to an hour would pass by. The attitude and level of service at Ricart Ford is the most deplorable I've ever seen from a dealership. I've seen a higher level of service at a back alley buy here pay here dealer. More
I rate Ricart's sales and finance staff an overall (5) for Great (excellent). I received one on one attention, all of my questions were answered; and, the service department is fabulous, as well!
