At Ricart Service we try our level best to be able to assist all of our customers in as timely manner as we possibly can, and normally, that is exactly what happens. That said, there have been occasions when the amount of work to be done outstripped the staff available to perform the repairs or perform the required maintenance for your vehicle, When an occasion like this does occur, we would rather be upfront about the time-frame involved, and maintain the Ricart level of expertise, as opposed to trying to rush through a job, which would be a disservice to our customers. We are sorry we were not able to service your Ford when its time came, and hope you understand why. Please let us know if we may be able to assist you in the future.

As a leader in the Automotive industry, we use all comments we receive through DealerRater to define any areas into which we should expand our training, so we can respond to any actions which take place at our stores, even something like a minor accident, which rarely occurs. Even though vehicle accidents are few and far between at The Megamall, your conversation with us led to a reexamining of our process for reacting to a minor accident, and an expansion of the staff members who will be trained in the proper way to react and advise when a vehicle accident does occur.
