Ricart does it again!!! My vehicle was at Ricart for three-fold purposes—repair, routine maintenance, and detailing. Everything was done to my satisfaction. This was the first time I’d had detailing done, but I will do it again. The biggest plus was that I found out about the redcapvalet service. The customer service was excellent. From my initial call to schedule service to paying the dealership, staff members were very courteous and kept me informed about the status of service points. More

Ford and Ricart both in decline?? Ford will no longer manufacture sedans; Ricart’s customer waiting area no longer provides cookies, fresh coffee and a daily newspaper. Television was not even set to a local popular channel. Customers don’t want stale crackers and aged fruit!! I am disappointed in the decline of the waiting area.
