I just bought a new Mazda from Ricart, and the sales experience was excellent. From the moment I stepped on the lot, I was greeted in a friendly and inviting way by David Richter, who was very knowledg experience was excellent. He was very low pressure and seemed more interested in helping me find the right car for me. After the test drive, the whole buying process was very easy and rather enjoyable, from the price negotiation through the final paper work. Andrew Hawksby, the sales manager, is very personable and easy to talk with. He is also very accommodating. Shane, the customer service rep, was equally friendly and helpful, as was Ted Hanawalt, who handled the final paperwork and financial end. The only thing I didn't like was the after-market car care sales pitches (all the car protection packages, extended warranties and such), but that is pretty much the standard M.O. with any car dealership. On the other hand, Shane's offering a discounted price on some after-market products/accessories for the car (iPod connection, HomeLink, and fog lights) was a big help, and I took advantage of that. More

I received several emails from a couple different sales people however David was the only one that communicated in a timely manner. Everybody at Ricart was a true professional and answered all my questions quickly. It started with Ryan Goodson, Ricart's Internet Sales Coordinator, who answered several questions I had about the features all my questions quickly. It started with Ryan Goodson, Ricart's Internet Sales Coordinator, who answered several questions I had about the features on a couple of the cars they had on their website that I was comparing to another car I had seen at a different dealership. When I arrived at Ricart not only did Ryan come over to introduce himself, but he also introduced me to Chad Yochens, the Ricart Product Specialist who he had arranged to show me the particular car I was interested in. Chad had recently bought the same model of car a few weeks earlier and his enthusiasm and knowledge about my car was contagious. Chad not only answered all the questions I had during the test drive, but also pointed out several things about the car that I was unaware of. After coming to an agreement on price with Chad, Jason Ricart, the Sales Manager quickly and professionally walked me through the various financing options and explained the advantages of each one. I then dealt with Ted Hanawalt, the Finance Manager who helped me navigate my way through the mountain of paperwork to be signed as we finalized the purchase of my new car. The entire atmosphere at Ricart was very low pressure and the staff didn't pressure me at all to make a decision, or try to convince me to consider a higher priced car that they 'felt' would suit me better, like so many other car dealers try to do. It was obvious that Ricart cared more about satisfying the customer and making sure that the customer purchases the car that the customer wants, then trying to sell me the car that would make them the most profit. Thanks to everyone at Ricart for a great buying experience. More
I rated Ricard the way I did becouse the staff was very helpfull and there was no pressure during the experience. This was my first time at Ricart Ford as I have always delt at my local Honda dealership but now I am a lifetime customer of Ricart! I have never delt with a dealership that was so friendly! My next car purchase will definately be through my "friend"-not sales person- Travis Groves! The only sugestion I would make to Ricart is to have a Food Court available to your customers because some customers have to drive a way to get there and the process takes awhile. More
