we have had the car in to service 3 times and we havent in made our first payment yet. They wanted us to pay each time to have service done even though we bought a warranty. we have had the car less than 6 in made our first payment yet. This is without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. My daughter and I came in to look for a replacement vehicle for her 2000 Audi TT. She had only one very definite requirement and that was the car had to have a manual transmission. She had done her research already and was focusing in on a Mazda 3. Aaron Winters is very knowledgeable about the Mazda line and especially about the model we were looking at. There was not one question that he didn't know the answer to. Aaron was extremely helpful and personable, as was everyone we met. We had a blast taking our choices around the test track to check out the handling and comfort of the car. We felt as though we were getting very special treatment from Aaron. That continued when it came time to finish up our paperwork and Jason Ricart stepped in to make sure that my daughter could afford the car she had picked out. It seemed as though everyone we talked to (from Aaron Winters, Matt Bowen and Jason Ricart, to Gary Kujanek and both Shane Gillespie and Chane Collins) was there to serve us and make sure that we were happy and satisfied with out purchase.
