Tried to buy an F-150, but they would not "deal" as advertised. It took us three hours just to really get a price. There was no disclosure as to what they were giving for a trade, what the interest rate was, anything... just a "payment". We aren't that stupid that we'll just sign away at any number. Truthfully, it's insulting. Come to find out that the interest rate was super high and there are better deals out there. We ended up buying at the Ford dealer in Delaware, where we were offered real numbers and a MUCH better solution. I would love to deal with Ricart since they are closer to my home, but they continue to hide details. I wish I could recommend them, but I can't. More
It was 7:45pm on a Saturday night when I walked into the Ford dealership; had been on the Ricart premises ALL DAY going from dealer to dealer with no luck. I knew the dealership closed at 8pm, but ROSS RIC Ford dealership; had been on the Ricart premises ALL DAY going from dealer to dealer with no luck. I knew the dealership closed at 8pm, but ROSS RICART greeted me and my husband as if time stood still. I can't even express how comfortable he made me feel from the moment I walked into the door. The people in financing/management WORKED A MIRACLE FOR ME to get me into the brand new car I ultimately picked out at the Ford dealership; they were just as determined as I was to get me into a new car at the price I could afford...... Says a lot for a car dealership. This was my first experience at Ricart and I can't believe I ever bought from anyone else. I will be a lifelong customer from this point forward. The experience was exactly what they advertise; Fast, Easy and Fun!! THANK YOU RICART FORD!!!! More
AVOID RICART...SAVE MONEY!!! Ricart claims to be "Fast Easy and Fun" but their sales practices, business model and customer service is nothing short of bait and switch. Walmart and Ford have a significant employee discount program. When Chad, the salesman at Ricart, found out we were employed at Walmart...nothing was mentioned about this program. When we found out about it (4 days later at work) Chad, the call me for anything sales guy" did not return a call but had a Ricart sales manager call and said there was nothing they could do...the bank had already paid them. Nothing to do? How about be honest and honorable and refund any difference between the purchase price and the discounted price? What did we get offered? Free car washes...which we free anyhow. Rick Ricart may "be dealing"...all the way to his bank for his bottom line. Buy a Ford...just don't but it at Ricart!!!! More
We were mislead on the value of our trade-in and was told the car could not be sold on the lot and would have to go straight to auction. We accepted the deal because we had been there 2 1/2 hours and beli the car could not be sold on the lot and would have to go straight to auction. We accepted the deal because we had been there 2 1/2 hours and believed Mr. McFarland when he told us our car was not worth the true trade-in value because of the CarFax report. After we got home and printed the CarFax we realized it was inaccurate. I called Mr. McFarland and told him the report was in accurate. He was very rude and said the car was marked to go to auction and there was nothing he/we could do about it. One week later I saw the car on the Ricart Internet website for sale on the Ricart lot for $6500 more than we were given for our trade in. Ricart may be able to sell cars cheaper because of their inventory, but they will get their money back someplace else. Do not shop at Ricart and tell your friends and family to visit their small, local dealership that will be honest in their dealings with you. Except for the friendly, well-informed salesperson we talked to initially, this was a horrible buying experience. We tell everyone we can about our experiences at Ricart. More
I came into Ricart after being turned down by another dealer. I had an amazing experience tonight and walked away with a brand new Fusion. Ross and John were attentive and realistic, I felt no pressure to buy, nor to get into an unaffordable contract. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in no-haggle sales, along with determined financial staff that will put together a deal to fit any budget. Well done! More
As a previous reviewer said, I have had other type's of sales experience, but none were as good as mine here at Ricart Ford. I did my home work, I knew what I wanted and what price I would pay. He could answer any question I had on the 2013 F-150 Ford. And was a very professional salesman. I was surprised at the quote I was given as to how close we were on what I thought would be a fair price. During the whole process of purchasing my new truck, Gary, Doug, Bill and Chane were very professional and could answer any question I asked. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks for a good experience. More

Had a very good experience! The salesman we had was very courteous and very attentive to what we were looking for. He even bought us lunch!!!! I was greeted as soon as I stepped out of the car by Frank. He was very helpful throughout the entire experience. Bill also worked with us, even going as far to come in on his day off to be sure everyth Frank. He was very helpful throughout the entire experience. Chane worked with us to get us a price that I was comfortable with. I will defiantly recommend Ricart to anyone I know and will always do my business with them! More
We went into the dealership November 29, 2012 to specifically see the Ford Fusion as a second vehicle. Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable of the Fusion and being that our credit is in the proc specifically see the Ford Fusion as a second vehicle. Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable of the Fusion and being that our credit is in the process of being rebuilt we were unable to comfortably purchase the Fusion. Doug had an innovative idea to help rebuild our credit by getting a lease and utilizing our Kia as collateral to eventually get the goal of two vehicles in the near future. Basically our trade prepaid a 2 year lease through the equity and we have no payments yet at the same time increasing our credit score by showing on time payments each month. Today I'm writing this review because I see clearly how Doug and Josh helped by doing this...Our credit scores increased over 50 points in only 2 months! The dilemma is that we need 2 vehicles and we planned on returning to get another car after our scores do indeed increase. We went to the used car lot at Ricart today (January 27, 2013) and Ray Pasco, used salesperson(same company), says to us that what Doug says about raising our credit is impossible and told us that he must have lied to us just to "close the deal"(AWKWARD MOMENT). When Ray pulled our credit that's how we discovered that our credit score DID INCREASE, thanks to Doug and Josh's approach. Needless to say we left the used car lot and returned to the new lot to speak with Josh and Doug about our next new car purchase plan. Doug assured us to continue with our original plan to purchase in March again. We bought new cars from Ricart Kia and Ricart Ford this year alone. I only have good things to say about the new dealerships at Ricart because they seem genuine and there to help you. The experience we had at the used lot at Ricart today made us run back to the new lot in disbelief of the terrible service experienced at the used side. After speaking with Doug, he helped us regain our faith in the Ricart family of dealerships but we will never visit the used lot again...not enough here to explain the terrible experience because that's a review all of it's own. We are just wanting to express that YES there is a big difference in the two dealerships when it comes to customer service used vs new. More
