My experience at Ricart was unlike any experience I have had with any other car lot. I was greeted with a smiling face the second I pulled into the lot and was immediately directed to someone who could help had with any other car lot. I felt like she sincerely had my best interest at heart. She showed me the car, helped me test drive it and discussed financially if I would be able to afford it. There are no words to describe how well I was treated by her. For my next car purchase in the future, I will definitely be back to Ricart to find Melissa!!! I appreciate all of the help she was able to provide me with. I am now driving my Ford Focus and am ABSOLUTELY loving it! I am 110% satisfied with my purchase and all of the assistance I received! Just want to start off saying that I'm never buying another car from your dealership and will not be recommending someone else to buy a car from you. I will not be bringing my car back in for any fu another car from your dealership and will not be recommending someone else to buy a car from you. I will not be bringing my car back in for any future service or repairs. I bought my 2013 Mustang in June 2012. Wanted to have a spoiler added on. When the tech went to put it on, he found 3 small dents in the trunk, under the old spoiler. So I had to wait to get the trunk fixed and repainted. Then the spoiler had to be replaced, due to an corner not being painted correctly. I live on the west side of Columbus, and had to do alot of driving back and forth to get this taken care of. Now, yesterday, April 6th, I took my car in for the 5,000 mile service. The representative came out and discussed what was done with my car before I left. Got my keys and drove out of the service area. Then I decided to check my car out before going home. I live on the west side of Columbus, and didn't want to have to come all the way back, in case something was wrong. So I went to one of your parking areas to look things over. Didn't even leave the complex. Found all 4 of my wheels have marks around the lug nuts. The scratches are in the painted wheel. A couple are really bad. Now this was the first time my car has been serviced. Took the car back to the service area. Ended up speaking with the service manager. She looked at the wheels and didn't know how this happened. I let her know the marks were not there before I brought the car in. She said she can't be sure the marks were or were not there, before the techs worked on my car. My wheels have never been touched, until yesterday. The only thing the service manager could do was recommend a wheel repair company to fix it. Why should I go to a repair place to pay to get the wheels fixed, when the marks were not there before I came in for service? So I left very disappointed and mad with your car service, again. This is the second time I have left your dealership, with a problem. On the way home, I stopped at a couple of auto stores. Had the guys come out and look at my wheels. They saw the damage and both said it was from a torque wrench. Now that sounds like what the techs probably use at your dealership to rotate tires. I tried to find some paint to match the wheels, so I could at least cover up the damage. I was not able to find anything to match the wheel color. This shouldn't be happening to a customer, with a new car. Would have liked the service manager to order me some new wheels, but since that didn't happen, she could have at least given me some touch up paint for the wheels to cover the damage. If nothing is done to help this situation, I will be escalating this issue with someone to make sure things are set right for my car. More
Tried to buy an F-150, but they would not "deal" as advertised. It took us three hours just to really get a price. They put us with a newbie salesperson who needed an assistant... seemed li "deal" as advertised. It took us three hours just to really get a price. There was no disclosure as to what they were giving for a trade, what the interest rate was, anything... just a "payment". We aren't that stupid that we'll just sign away at any number. Truthfully, it's insulting. Come to find out that the interest rate was super high and there are better deals out there. We ended up buying at the Ford dealer in Delaware, where we were offered real numbers and a MUCH better solution. I would love to deal with Ricart since they are closer to my home, but they continue to hide details. I wish I could recommend them, but I can't. More
It was 7:45pm on a Saturday night when I walked into the Ford dealership; had been on the Ricart premises ALL DAY going from dealer to dealer with no luck. I knew the dealership closed at 8pm, but ROSS RIC Ford dealership; had been on the Ricart premises ALL DAY going from dealer to dealer with no luck. I knew the dealership closed at 8pm, but ROSS RICART greeted me and my husband as if time stood still. I can't even express how comfortable he made me feel from the moment I walked into the door. The people in financing/management WORKED A MIRACLE FOR ME to get me into the brand new car I ultimately picked out at the Ford dealership; they were just as determined as I was to get me into a new car at the price I could afford...... Says a lot for a car dealership. This was my first experience at Ricart and I can't believe I ever bought from anyone else. I will be a lifelong customer from this point forward. The experience was exactly what they advertise; Fast, Easy and Fun!! THANK YOU RICART FORD!!!! More
AVOID RICART...SAVE MONEY!!! Ricart claims to be "Fast Easy and Fun" but their sales practices, business model and customer service is nothing short of bait and switch. Walmart and Ford have a significant employee discount program. When Chad, the salesman at Ricart, found out we were employed at Walmart...nothing was mentioned about this program. When we found out about it (4 days later at work) Chad, the call me for anything sales guy" did not return a call but had a Ricart sales manager call and said there was nothing they could do...the bank had already paid them. Nothing to do? How about be honest and honorable and refund any difference between the purchase price and the discounted price? What did we get offered? Free car washes...which we free anyhow. Rick Ricart may "be dealing"...all the way to his bank for his bottom line. Buy a Ford...just don't but it at Ricart!!!! More
