Purchasing my F150 truck at Ricart Ford was an enjoyable experience. The sales person, Shane Gillespie was very knowledgeable of the product line I was shopping for. Shane did a great job of educating me experience. The sales person, Shane Gillespie was very knowledgeable of the product line I was shopping for. Shane did a great job of educating me on all the new safety freatures of the F150. Shane was very patience with me as both of us walked the entire lot looking at all the trucks for the right combination of standard and optional equipment. Shane was easy to talk too and asssited me in finding the truck that met my towing needs and comfort package. I was very satisfied with the price I paid for the new F150. Ricart worked with me for fair market price for my trade-in to complete the sale. The staff did a wonderful job applying the protection package and cleaning the vehicle for delivery. I will be dropping my truck off at Ricart in the near future for installation of (spray in bed liner, toneau cover, and mud flaps)additional options. Was at the dealership over a month ago to look at an F150. After test driving and then looking at the numbers, I decided to keep my current new car (8 mos old) as I really liked my current car. Afte F150. After test driving and then looking at the numbers, I decided to keep my current new car (8 mos old) as I really liked my current car. After a month of thinking about it, I returned to the dealership to look at the truck again. I met Josh Rice and he helped me find the truck I was looking for. After a test drive and going back and forth to look at the truck, I decided to go for it and lease the truck. Josh was very friendly and helpful and kept us in chat while we were waiting.. There was a computer issue that was delaying the process, but Josh kept us abreast of the progress. Over the years, I have purchased several cars from Ricart. Good selection and friendly people More
