Given Ricart's past reputation of being high pressure, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised that I was not pressured at all. I was drawn to Ricart by the superior inventory and competi pressure, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised that I was not pressured at all. I was drawn to Ricart by the superior inventory and competitive pricing. The whole process from start to finsh took only around 3 hours, including 2 test drives with 2 drivers. Jon, Zane, and Bill all did a great job. I'd like to give a special shout out to Austin Huffman, who works in used cars. He was my first contact at Ricart the previous weekend, as I was originally looking at a used car. He very patiently spent a couple of hours with me and my family and we tried to figure out what we wanted. After that visit, however, I realized that a new car might be a better choice for us as the pricing for a new Mazda 2 was not too far off from a used Mazda 3. Again, I felt very comfortable at Ricart. It's a big operation but run very efficiently. Thank you. More
