I internet shopped before settling on a Ford Edge. What I liked about this experience was it allowed me to choose from the available vehicles within my price range. I was able to converse a bit with the sales person, but he wasn't going to be available the evening I planned my test drive, but left me in the capable hands of the manager. Upon arrival we did meet Michael Kidwell, who took up through most of the "process" - from test driving, to answering almost all questions, to having my current vehicle appraised. He was honest and I trusted his word - that made all the difference to me. This is our second new vehicle from Ricart within the past two years, I think we're now officially a "Ford" family. More
