Mellisa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the process, and we hit it right off. I feel like we are friends now. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and so easy me feel so comfortable throughout the process, and we hit it right off. I feel like we are friends now. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. We ended up even having friends in common from her hometown of Logan. She got me in and out quickly, but I never felt rushed. I had heard that she was leading the month in sales, and after my experience there, it became clear as to why. If I could afford it, I would come in and buy another car from her, in addition to the car I already own. Because of her help, as well as how wonderful Ricart was in helping me purchase my new car, I would recommend your dealership to anyone I know looking for a new car. More

I bought my new 2013 Mazda Mazdaspeed 3 and Brittney did an excellent job of helping me through the buying process. Myself my husband and my twenty year old son went to Ricart this Saturday 8/31/13 to look for A car for our son. My husband is handicapp, and walks on crutches. A salesman walked up to our truck and I Ricart this Saturday 8/31/13 to look for A car for our son. My husband is handicapp, and walks on crutches. A salesman walked up to our truck and I asked if we could drive around to look at cars, we are deffinatly buying a car. The salesman was very blunt and stated that we could not look at the cars. I thought Ricart sold vehicles? It also seems that Ricart does not care if someone is handicap. We are Ford people, so I went to Buckeye ford were I should have went in the first place and will be buying a new 2013 Ford Focus for our son this coming week. Never be back.....!!!! More
