9-21-13: After having ONEof our 2012 Ford F150's serviced, we got into the truck to leave. An employee [name unknown], after we had gotten into the truck, parked a vehicle behind us & left it runnin serviced, we got into the truck to leave. An employee [name unknown], after we had gotten into the truck, parked a vehicle behind us & left it running. Did not catch it in the mirrors so started backing out slowly. Hit the vehicle in it's side. The owners & a couple of employees came out. Owners understood but were upset because the vehicle was being appraised for trade-in. The employees, one from service & one from sales, were rude & accusing us of backing out too fast. They refused to assist us in any way. We attempted to file a complaint but never received any type of response. We have since found another dealership to have service completed at & to purchase our next vehicles. Our family has bought more than 12 vehicles (some high dollar) from Ricart. We would drive over an hour just to have our vehicles serviced but to be treated as we were, we will not return for sales or service. Thank you, Martin & Susan McDonough More
I visited Ricart Ford to look for a Ford Escape. I found a much larger selection than I had anticipated. I also found one that had all the options I was looking for. Over all experience on buying a new car at Ricart was great except that I do not feel that I was given enough on trade in for my car that was only four months old and was purchased at Ricart. Talked with staff on several occasions prior to my visit.they were well aware of my expectations before I drove 110 miles and called me on several occasions asking me to come there.internet offer for visit.they were well aware of my expectations before I drove 110 miles and called me on several occasions asking me to come there.internet offer for my vehicle was 13,800.00 upon arrival they offered me 10,000.00.for a 2012 focus in excellent condition.i have dealt with ford for many years and with ricart on several transactions.i will not waste my time on these low ballers again. If you have a truck do not get vip. Cant use it after 330pm. Mechanic does not work past 330. Jami McCants did a great job getting us into a new Ford F-150 quickly and efficiently. We were in a hurry and Jami moved us through want is usually a painful process smoothly and quickly. Buying a car is a painful; however, Jami made the process as smooth as possible despite the little "finance games" most dealers play. We still need to see if the service department will measure up to the high standards of Roush Honda where we have purchased six cars, but we are hopeful. More
I bought a new Ford Focus from Shane Gillespie at Ricart Ford. I called to arrange a time to test drive the car that I had in mind, and he had it ready when I arrived. My buying experience was great.
