As a leader in the Automotive industry, we use all comments we receive through DealerRater to define any areas into which we should expand our training, so we can respond to any actions which take place at our stores, even something like a minor accident, which rarely occurs. Even though vehicle accidents are few and far between at The Megamall, your conversation with us led to a reexamining of our process for reacting to a minor accident, and an expansion of the staff members who will be trained in the proper way to react and advise when a vehicle accident does occur. Ricart Ford has been on the cutting edge of the automotive industry for a very long time, using third party experts, like Dealer Rater and Pure Cars to help give us certain expertise, and to combine information from many sources into a concise useable form. We use this information for many things, like Pure Cars estimating a vehicle's value, sight unseen, by using actual selling prices of a given vehicle make and model (as well as other factors) from across the region and the country. That is why we invite consumers to visit our store to verify the information the estimate was based on, as it is merely an estimate. While the estimate of value provided by Pure Cars is often spot on, there are times when it is higher, or lower than actual vehicle value, after physical inspection. These services are provided as an on-line research convenience, and we are sorry the Pure Cars value estimated on-line did not meet your expectations. We are very glad you enjoyed your time with Jason Brigner, and appreciate your positive input about your experience with him. We will monitor the results Pure Cars is generating for visitors to the site, to see if an adjustment is warranted.

At Ricart Ford, we work very hard to make sure we are able to fit our services into the busy lives of our customers in keeping with our own standards and those of a Dealer Rater certified dealer. That is why we were shocked someone would have told you our Service Division is unable to work past 3:30 pm. We are, in fact, open until 8 pm most nights, and are open Saturdays too! Folks can bring their vehicles in up to 30 minutes before closing for oil changes! Please call 800-332-5872 and tell the receptionist you need to speak with Service, and set up your visit when you have the chance!
