Ricart Ford responded

As a DealerRater store, and having been in business more than sixty years, Ricart has seen the occasional problem with a misprinted price in a newspaper ad, and since the advent of the Internet, an incorrectly inputted on-line price for a vehicle. When this type of incident occurred recently, we were willing to honor that pricing the evening it was pointed out to us, and were upfront and honest in stating we would be adjusting the price to the proper level the next day, which is exactly what happened. The offer was made to honor the incorrect price, but was declined, so the correction was made for the following day. We are sorry for the pricing mistake, and any confusion it caused, and will work harder to prevent such a pricing error in the future to help avoid any misunderstandings.

Even though vehicle accidents are few and far between at The Megamall, your conversation with us led to a reexamining of our process for reacting to a minor accident, and an expansion of the staff members who will be trained in the proper way to react and advise when a vehicle accident does occur.
