I was not thrilled coming to Ricart Ford, as I had a bad experience with them several years ago. However as soon as we pulled on the lot a nice young man named, Josh Rice met us as we were exiting our vehi experience with them several years ago. However as soon as we pulled on the lot a nice young man named, Josh Rice met us as we were exiting our vehicle and was very impressive. He made the visit pleasant as well as productive. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Melissa Figgins, one of the nicest car salesperson I have ever met. She was friendly and knowledgeable about her product. She didn't make me feel like I was in a high pressure sale environment, but more like I was shopping with a friend. She asked me pertinent questions, gave me information about Ford that I was unaware of and made my experience one that not only will I remember, but one that I have already told many of my friends about. She went over my owner's manual and explained all the ends and outs of my new vehicle. I would definitely be a repeat customer and look forward to working with her again. More
