I do my research and know what I want when before I arrive, I will say that Michael is very knowledgeable with the Ford vehicle lineup. They get me in and out very quickly and have treated me very well on the vehicles I've traded in. Great experience both times - make buying vehicles easy. I will be back as soon as the new F150's come out this fall to get my 3rd vehicle from them. More

My purchase price higher than the internet advertised price My name is Tony Pierce and I drove two hours to look for a new car. I started at the Mazada dealership. I came to Ricart because I knew that I could s My name is Tony Pierce and I drove two hours to look for a new car. I started at the Mazada dealership. I came to Ricart because I knew that I could see three cars that I was looking into at one location, the Mazada 3, the Ford Focus, and the Fushion. When getting to the Mazada dealership I was looking around all the cars parked in the side reading all the different stickers and options looking over the cars. I walked to the other side to see if there were any more and while there were a couple close to the building I didn't see anymore. This was fifteen minutes into my search and a salesman had not approached me. But when I went to this side and only saw used vehicles and Fords a salesman was outside smoking. I didn't get his name. He asked if I had been helped I told him no. He asked if I was looking for new or used and I explained new. He said he only did used and would get me a new car salesman. I checked out the couple cars on this side of the building but decided to that since what looked like the bulk of the inventory was on the other side I went back to the entrance. After another ten minutes of looking around I decide to go inside the Mazada dealer and use the restroom. When I entered the same salesman was in an office told me he was still trying to get someone over here to help me. After I came out of the restroom I looked at the blue Mazada 3 that was on the showroom. I went to pick up a brochure and when I turned around Mickael Kidwell was there to offer me help. It took thirty minutes to get a salesperson. I want to stipulate that Michael was great to work with. He took me to see all the other Mazadas that we're parked away from the dealer and than to see the Focus giving me the diferences between them. I told Michael that I had seen the prices on line and was impressed. Looking around we test drove a Focus and I choose to make a deal on that vehicle. Coming to terms on the vehicle was terrible. Doug McFarland was doing the dealing. At first I was told that I couldn't have all the online discounts because I was going for th 0% for 60 months. Than I asked for all the internet discounts and I would finance through my credit union. I was than told by that some of the discounts come by financing through Ford Credit. Than as I told my bottom line monthly payment it seems that all dealing was off and they only wanted to get that price out of me. I received only a $3000 in rebates and incentives on the deal yet I get home and your advertised discount on the same car is $4300! If internet deal would have been offered immediately. Both my salesman Michael and Doug knew because I told them I was there because the internet price, they would have been no back and forth negotiating and I would have been in a payment slightly below my target versus slightly above. I blame myself for not getting on the internet in you Ford dealership at the time. I was trusting your employees but instead I excepted a deal that is $1300 higher than you advertised online. I remember as I was test driving the car with Michael Kidwell that he stated that "Ricart is a no pressure sales. That is why we clearly advertise the lowest guarantee price $1000 under our competitors. The price is the price." If I wasn't eligible for the other $1300 than I don't know why I was told I had to go through Ford Credit to get all the incentives because clearly I didn't. More

Don't consider ANY OTHER dealership! I needed a new car. My beloved 2003 Bug had seen better days. I sooo was not looking forward to facing a group of hovering salesmen. I find good customer service to be the exception these days- not the rule. But my sister and her husband have bought two cars from Ricart, and have been very satisfied with the service, price, and quality of their purchase. They drive up from SE Ohio just to shop at Ricart. So, I spent today, May 10, 2014, at Ricart Ford. Ben Keeran (I believe I've spelled his name correctly) was phenomenal! He made me feel like the number 1 customer there, and he spent a lot of time showing me cars. He was also extremely respectful, courteous, and very friendly/communicative. And he knew his stuff. I know that Ben is a 'salesman', but he wasn't 'slick'. He was genuine. I believe the man who crunched numbers was 'Doug'. Doug was equally phenomenal! I was set on a monthly car payment to fit my budget and was not willing to bargain. Doug tried to bargain, as I would have, had I been in his place. This is his bread-and-butter. But he wasn't pushy. He was very respectful, as though maybe I were a family member he was trying to please. He gave me a very fair deal: $3,500 for my trade and 0% financing for 60 months. My credit is excellent, but I know that doesn't always go far in business. I bought an $18,230 car (2014 Ford Fiesta) for $14,975 after trade-in and $1,000 rebate. Wow! Much better than I anticipated. Finally, 'Chane' (not sure of his last name) went through the paperwork with me with a fine-tooth comb. Chane explained every thing in detail, which I appreciated. And when it came to extended warranty, he didn't pressure me. He simply gave me the facts. It might have been smart to add one, but I have to be careful with my monthly expenses, and he respected that. I will recommend EVERYONE looking for a car to visit Ricart. And I will be back!
