Best car buying experience yet This is probably my 4th or 5th new car, and no one comes close to the guys at Ricart. I'm pretty sure Michael was on his way to do something else when I stopped by unannounced. He dropped everything to help me out, and the staff even stayed after hours to close the deal. Great experience buying my first car! I went to Ricart just to look at the Ford Escape and to compare them to the Chevy Equinox. John Croft greeted us on the lot and when asked to compare I went to Ricart just to look at the Ford Escape and to compare them to the Chevy Equinox. John Croft greeted us on the lot and when asked to compare the Escape and Equinox, John Croft had no problem doing so. John worked with us all day and explained to us in great detail all of the ins and outs of the Ford Escape. I was greatly impressed with his knowledge on the vehicle. I was at the dealership for 7 hours and John answered every question and addressed every concern I had that day. He made my car buying experience a great one! Great experience buying a Ford Focus! I went to the Ricart Ford Dealership in Columbus looking to compare Ford Focus with a Camry and Nissan Sentra. Josh Gaston greeted me on the lot and I went to the Ricart Ford Dealership in Columbus looking to compare Ford Focus with a Camry and Nissan Sentra. Josh Gaston greeted me on the lot and proceeded to give me an overview of all things relating to the car I was considering. I was impressed with his wealth of knowledge as he explained that he had a long history with the Focus, beginning when his family owned business started buying Focuses before he could even drive. He told me how over the years, Ford had improved the Focus engine to the point where most of the cars their company had owned, went well over 300k miles. I ended up not only buying a Focus for my daughter, but trading in my wife's Camry on a hybrid Focus that gets 51 miles to the gallon!
