I don’t think anyone in the service department knows how to use a phone. I called for 3 days and could not get through to and advisor. Had to actually go over there and walk in , 2 different times to get answers to my questions. This was over 3 to 4 days no one return calls or communicated anything. Absolutely no care for your time or needs. Had a 8 am Tuesday appointment, dropped of on Monday night, at noon on Tuesday I begin to call to see what they found out, couldn’t get to through to anyone, no return calls. Went over there and they didn’t know, they hand to call the tech, they said it needed struts and wheel balance to fix the problem. She said he’d been working it all day off and on. She says she’ll call in the hour to give me full details on the findings. I get a text and email link that details the inspection results, the concerns I took it in for was $2000+ dollars! Then had $1500 in miscellaneous other things, like $250 for a serpentine belt, $300 for 4 spark plugs! 😳 no thanks just fix the struts and wheel balance. Well didn’t have the parts, had to order them and that took 4 days. Part of changing the struts you should make sure the strut mount is changed also, i starts to call 8 am on Friday to make sure that was done also, no communication at all, ask to speak to a supervisor took all day and 6 phone calls! Finally got through to one at 1 pm. Picked up the car at 1 minute to closing and guess what. IT STILL MAKES THE SAME NOISE!!!! They claim to have test drove it after repairs and say the concern is fixed. Total lie, you have to drive over 15 speed bumps through their lot to get to Williams road and the first one I went over I could hear same clicking noise plain as day. The repair did not correct the problem. The incompetence this place has is truly unbelievable. NEVER, EVER, will I go back to this place! Had just as many problems with Ford side Also. This time it was Hyundai service. More

He helped us not only narrow down make and model but helped us choose the right one. Showed us features to compare and contrast the different years and styles. We went on a couple test drives and compared cars side by side in which we were considering. We ended up with a 2021 Ford Ecosport Titanium. More

Great experience. Vincent took his time and did not try to sell me on extra things I don’t need. He asked my budget and went straight in looking for the best car options for me and helped me with getting to sell me on extra things I don’t need. He asked my budget and went straight in looking for the best car options for me and helped me with getting my payments down to decent price. I’ve bought from Ricart before and will again in the future. My last car lasted 6 years so I’m excited to see where my new car takes me. Thank you for being awesome. More

Bought a used truck from Ricart the truck had several issues. Ricart only offered to fix three of the 14 issues. Truck was in the service department for 5 weeks after I had just bought the truck. I picke issues. Ricart only offered to fix three of the 14 issues. Truck was in the service department for 5 weeks after I had just bought the truck. I picked the truck up from the service department on Thursday October 7th. Out of the three issues they offered to fix only two were fixed the third problem with my exhaust leaking the problem was not fixed properly and the exhaust is still leaking. I wrote down on a piece of paper and pointed out the problem when I drop the truck off at the service department on September 8th. And when I pick the truck up on October 7th like I said the exhaust was still leaking from the original spot on the exhaust pipe that I told them where it was leaking. So all in all I would rate the service department as very poor and the sales department as very poor!! Before you buy a vehicle from Ricart make sure you check out the Better Business Report on them and the glass door reports because they are rated bad best report is from the Better Business Bureau and that's a "B" and that's NOT GOOD. I just wish I would have been smart enough to have looked up the reports of people complaining about Ricart before I bought a vehicle from them. So please people make sure you do your homework before you buy a vehicle from Ricart or have their service department fix anything. Watch out for the salesman to lie to you and then watch out for the service manager as he must not check out his mechanics work! The salesman's going to tell your vehicle is ready to be picked up and then after you pick your vehicle up then you're going to have to turn it in for service because your sales person lied to you, he never had anything fixed like he told he would. I turned everything into the service department and I pointed out everything to them showed them personally and I'm talking about there service manager. My vehicle still is not fixed properly after sitting at their dealership in the service department for 5 weeks and take this into consideration before you buy a vehicle from Ricart. I bought the vehicle on September 2nd and had to turn it in for service on September 8th and then it sat there for five weeks before I got the vehicle back and then when I got it back it still was not fixed properly. I'm just letting anyone that reads this good luck to you I hope you have better luck then I did because I will no longer be buying a vehicle from Ricart or having them service my vehicle. I'll leave you with this one last thing, everyone I talk to about Ricart told me I was nuts and crazy for buying a vehicle from them!!!!!!!! Update as of October 9th 2021, another one of Ricarts repairs have failed!! They replaced the emergency brake which was one of the three repairs they offered to fix. Well due to there mechanic not adjusting the E brake cable properly and it was as tight as a drum that when I stepped on the E brake pedal the actual Emergency brake cable has broken!!! I use my emergency brake daily as my driveway is on an incline so that is why I use my emergency brake daily. Once again the service manager did not check out his Mechanics Work so now I am dealing with the problems all over again. So now out of the 3 issues they so called fixed Only one issue out of the three seems to be still fixed which was the check engine and gas cap light staying on all the time on the dash. Who knows how long this fix will last I am just waiting for the lights on the dash to come back on. Thank GOODNESS I bought the extended warranty as I have a gut feeling that I will be needing it. But I will not be taking the vehicle to Ricart!! I bet they are laughing all the way to the bank since they got money out of me!! More
