I just wanna notify everyone that shops at the Ricart Ford used car factory that they don’t honor their car fax the Carfax are at least 2 to 3 months behind so when you buy a car there there’s a good cha Ford used car factory that they don’t honor their car fax the Carfax are at least 2 to 3 months behind so when you buy a car there there’s a good chance that it could be wrecked and after you find out your 30 days is up and they don’t honor it Aaron White sales manager responded to me by saying it is what is so when i go to trade my car in high chances that my car is going to be a very low trade-in due to the car being wrecked and Reichard does not do any about so if you’re buying a car there you might wanna take it to a body shop and get it thoroughly checked because once your signatures on the dotted line it is what it is they say So when they throw the Carfax in your face make sure you take the car to a body shop because the Carfax is worthless so you’re stuck paying for a car that’s been wrecked in the value of it is way low due to it being wrecked and they don’t care they got there money So they’re pushing cars on people before the Carfax comes back that the car was in an accident not just telling you that this is not the first time this is actually the second time this is happened So after you sign that line there’s no longer no friends trust me these are FACTS And they 100% do not do a thoroughly motor trend inspection on these cars or they would find these things More

I really can't thank Ricart enough for the service and help that they have extended to me over the past 3 months. Mt transmission needed replaced and unfortunately the part was on backorder. They worked with the Ford manufacturer to make sure I would have a car to drive until mine was fixed. In addition, when I wasn't able to come pick up my car they delivered to me. I want to say thank you so very much to Aubrey Hansen and Ryan Marshall. On September 2nd my husband and I had two vehicles with trailers packed with all our belongings and were heading for Montana, which wa Ryan Marshall. On September 2nd my husband and I had two vehicles with trailers packed with all our belongings and were heading for Montana, which was to be our new home. We had an issue with our new f150. Aubrey and Ryan went out of their way to help us. They stayed late to make sure we could get back on the road safely. Without their help we would of been stuck without our vehicle being fixed for another 4 days at least due to the holiday weekend, so thank you to the both of them and how great, polite and knowledgeable they were.
