He genuinely took the time to hear what we were looking for and made sure to present us several options. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle and made sure to show options on each model we were interested in. Ben was very patience and we never felt rushed or never felt pressured into any decision. Ben is a great guy who made you feel like a part of the Ricart family. Every purchase thus far at Ricart has been great but today was definitely the best as it involved the vehicle being a Mother's Day gift for my wife and Ben made sure she got what she wanted. Television was not even set to a local popular channel. Customers don’t want stale crackers and aged fruit!! I am disappointed in the decline of the waiting area.
